The impressions from the experience are a bit contradictory. They gave the TV for repair, replacement of the backlight, arrived and took it away the next day, quickly carried out diagnostics. They also said that they need to replace the wire at the TV and they will do it to us as a gift. They said the repair would take a week. A week later, we call to find out how the TV is, but it's not ready yet. Thus, we were delayed delivery four times😶 As a result, the repair took not a week, but two, which was very inconvenient for us. I asked for a discount myself to smooth over this situation (although it would be nicer if the company itself offered a discount in such a situation). The discount was only 4%.
Another unpleasant moment: the transfer of the TV must be paid separately, that is, we also paid 40p on top for the fact that the TV was taken and brought (none of the employees warned about this).
Of the advantages: the staff with whom I had a chance to communicate were very pleasant and polite.

I doubted it to the last, but the guys turned out to be as cool as possible. I was repairing a godlike super machine Delonghi. After the diagnosis, which is really free, we offered two repair options:
1. It is not very expensive to repair (although in the case of super machines there is no such thing at all)
2. Repair is very good and a little more expensive.
They didn't cheat, everything is as transparent as possible. During the issuance, the employee conducted a small educational examination. It is clear that the person is fumbling in the question. I am pleasantly surprised by the overall level of service. It was a long time in terms of repair time, but it was all the fault of the difficulties with delivery and "getting" some spare parts. I highly recommend the service. Everything is great.
