This is a very cool sports complex with many group activities. Circle, MMA, all kinds of yoga, kickboxing, group endurance and body strengthening classes and of course the GYM. I really liked the extreme cycle training with coach Plop, I had very cool Kickboxing training and Boxing has a special place in my heart, many thanks to coach Serik Aksenov, for his hard work and diligence, I filmed. We're sweating a lot. A very interesting and strong team of coaches and staff. And what also pleased me so much was that it was possible to go to Boxing at 7 in the morning. If only they could make a rooftop pool and fly away altogether!!!

The best gym. New equipment, a large number of group classes, there are martial arts sections (boxing, kickboxing, mma, etc.)
A VIP locker room with a hammam and a massage chair is a top. Plus excellent parking for customers.

Great fitness room! There is a large selection of simulators, there is a gym for functional training, there is a regular one with simulators and weights, for martial arts, yoga and other pribluda.
There is not enough sauna and hammam in the standard set. But otherwise everything is at a very good level!

One of the best fitness clubs I've ever met.
I compare it with three countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan).
Comfortable , spacious , modern changing rooms .
There is a whole crossfit area, a cardio area, and a separate floor gym. There is a long distance between the simulators and some simulators are duplicated, this does not create queues .
I really liked how the application is implemented. it has everything you need: to pay , to see the coaches, to read, and to find out the news. It is a pity that there is only one such hall so far and there is still no network in the country of Kazakhstan.

Great gym! Cardio, functional training and strength training areas are located on 2 floors. A large selection of group programs.

The squares are simply huge! Since Technofit is included in the Premium+ list, the visitors are the same and there is no sleep. The staff is very polite and friendly. The coaching staff of the highest category. Excellent cleanliness, industrial changing rooms, electric everywhere.access. There is free coffee, there is drinking water everywhere, but you need to have your own shaker or bottle. The equipment is based on the latest technology and there are sooo many of them. One of the best halls in the segment.
The hall has two floors - the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. On the ground floor there is a functional training hall and a martial arts hall with a ring and pears, as well as a cardio zone. On the second floor of the club there is a gym with halls for group programs. Separately, it is worth noting the virtual group cycling and LessMills training programs.
Also on the second floor there is a lounge area with free coffee, tea and vending machines where you can buy pre-workout complexes, protein, L-carnitine, BCAA, protein bars and a full meal. And on Wednesdays, DJs play.
Excellent equipment and service.

Not cheap, but a good gym. I like the VIP locker room with a hammam. There is a lot of space for classes, a good set of exercise equipment, clean and fresh. I work with a personal trainer Vanya Zalesov, he is top :)
Of the minuses, only massage services: I did not like it, a good sports massage does not look like that at all

4 stars for a good atmosphere, group training and location.
Minuses:
• With such a price tag, a sauna with a hammam could be added to standard subscriptions (they are only in VIP).
• There is no pool, which is a huge minus.
• Space prices from personal trainers.
• The coffee machine never works.
There are not all the buns that competitors have for such a price tag, imho.
