We were at the store today. We made purchases and were very satisfied. The staff is polite and patient. I explained it several times,and we bought a refrigerator and freezer in installments. The Atlant refrigerator was bought 2 years ago. Everything was fine. Until a storm hit Gomel on July 14, 2024. There was no electricity for 12 hours. Then the refrigerator compartment appeared and stopped gaining a temperature of 5 degrees. The food has gone bad. On July 16, in the morning, I called the masters, the refrigerator is still under warranty for another year, the repair shop replied that you want it hot, let it work like this, the master is on sick leave, we will not go.
