I came to Master Tatiana for highlighting. The job was done wonderfully, but the job of the salon administrator is disgusting. Not only did they not hear that the work would be long (thick hair). I was warned about the thickness of my hair personally at the salon and by phone. So all subsequent clients were deceived, saying that the client (I) did not warn about the structure of the hair and about the time delay. At the end of the highlighting, the administrator named one amount, although they said another when recording. And after I left, they asked me to come back and pay extra. There is a huge question for the administrator and the formation of prices for the provision of services.
