Terrible Service and Support - Avoid This Provider
I’ve been using this internet provider for a while now, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating.
Simple issues take days to resolve, if they ever get resolved at all. The support team just passes tickets between engineers without solving anything. You’re left hanging without answers.
Constant packet loss, unstable connection, and the speeds are nowhere near what they promise. The internet is barely usable.
The router they provide is completely locked down. You can’t change any settings, and they refuse to give you any control over it. The WiFi speeds are ridiculous—less than 10 Mbps most of the time.
They don’t answer calls, emails go unanswered, and even the live chat, when agents are online, gets ignored.
For the prices they charge, this kind of service is unacceptable. It feels like they just don’t care about their customers at all. If you’re considering this provider, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Just an awful operator really. They charged me 6000 in 5 days for a couple of local calls and a few map searches. I didn't even watch YouTube using it, there is wifi for that. When I messaged them to complain, they told me I should have chosen a different plan. But I am on 5000/mo plan already! I can see it in my account. And there shouldn't be any plan that charges 6000 for 5 days of use! It's 2025! I would never recommend even considering them. BE AWARE THAT BESIDES A MONTHLY FEE, THEY SPEND ANY MONEY YOU HAVE ON YOUR ACCOUNT UNDER A PRETEND THERE WAS ANOTHER OPTION/TARIFF ACTIVATED.
I changed the tariff to 2000 per month, I can't call anyone. As it turned out, the tariff works throughout Armenia except for the city of Yerevan. And there is not a word about it in the information. I wrote to support and said we are sorry to buy a new package. When asked, let me pay extra, they said sorry, but you are already using the tariff, we cannot refund the money. Although I have just activated the tariff... The most terrible provider. I go to complain first to them, then to the consumer protection organization.

The support service explained that he was a fool himself and somehow did not solve the problem. I'm going to another operator.
A very poor telecom operator! No!No, and no again! I do not recommend this mobile operator! I was in Russia, I used roaming, my money was debited without notification, I contacted the operator and explained that I was not receiving SMS messages, they promised me that they would refund the money in 3 days, they call me and say they can't refund these funds! First of all, do not use this roaming operator, this is robbery!

I turned to the salon on Komitas - the answer is "You spent all the traffic on videos on the Internet." I remind you, I didn't even have time to turn on cellular data transmission, and they say that the traffic was released on video. I paid another 2000 AMD (already 4000) and everything worked for a month. Then, when it was the turn to pay the subscription fee again, the story repeated itself. As a result, 6000 AMD were simply DONATED to the Team. Thus, if you want to pay money to a provider who cannot provide you with stable Internet, whose network does not work not only in the subway, but also in some areas of the city, who openly STEALS your money and "can't help you in any way", then Team is what you need.
when applying for a mobile Internet tariff, I threw in the amount with a month's reserve. at the end of the month, I added the incomplete cost of the tariff there, counting on the remainder, so that it would be enough for exactly the second month. the internet was not working. I threw in a little more with the idea that I might have made a mistake in my calculations. as a result, it turned out that at the end of the month, they immediately began to withdraw the balance at the horse rate at night, then in the same way, literally in a second, the two amounts I sent were withdrawn in parts. the result: 11,500 drams for half a day of Internet (2,250 rubles), at a cost of 7,900 drams per month. the most expensive in my life. the support service refuses to refund the money, they offer to set SMS alerts when money is debited at the horse tariff (they do not specify exactly how SMS messages should come to the modem). either do not use the services of these robbers, or choose something else.

For 2 days I asked the technical specialist to clarify whether there is a limit on the time of the Internet session - in response: restart the phone.
Just comical operators, it remains to try the egg connection, but there is no faith in it at all. It's just awful. And it still costs inadequate money. 2000 rubles for breaks every 2 hours. Moreover, all online connections are simply cut off and not restored, but the Internet does not disappear. There is no question of any online work on this operator. During the dialup of modems, the session was interrupted even less often.
Avoid it. Strictly.

I can't use the Internet or make calls for a subscription fee, because the "hidden" services cost the same as I pay for the subscription.payment per month. accordingly, you need to replenish twice as much monthly, super. support answers the 3 questions asked to the most convenient, the feeling that they themselves do not know where to look for information and what to say. I have never encountered such a terrible service. by the way, the network catches every other time, you need to look for the ANGLE of the phone so that it catches normally and something loads. I don't recommend it.

If there were any questions, I contacted the offices directly and in the chat: clear answers are always given and questions are resolved quickly. There are significant funds in the account and I have never noticed that extra funds are being withdrawn from me.
They steal money from the account. Unqualified technical support. There is no transparency. They create an application, make a positive decision, and return megabytes instead of mistakenly debited money. I do not recommend contacting you.
Calling the operator is like torment in hell... trying to find out the phone number that is registered to me by passport number. In vain and the loss of 20 minutes

The unlimited Internet purchased at the airport did not work for several days. The employee created the incident. After 20 minutes, support called and solved the problem.
