02.04.2023 we were a company in Vitebsk passing through. The train was parked for 2 hours. We decided to take a walk around the city, drink coffee in a coffee shop. We found this cafe through Yandex. It was about 23-00. The cafes were closed!!! Although the cafe itself has a sign that is open daily until 24-00. It was very unpleasant to make the way from the train station to the cafe in bad weather!
