Delicious drinks, good location, but quite a long waiting time for an order
The interior didn't seem very cozy to me.
But the place is interesting and it's worth going to get a glass of tea after a walk in the park.

I can't keep quiet anymore....I fell in love with this drink at first sight. Grape cheese is something magical, I also tried a few more positions and everything was at the highest level! The staff(cute girls and hot guys 😅🤭😁), the atmosphere and is nearby, so I can walk at least every day! I hope to come back and try many other things. Prices don't bite

Very authentic appearance and staff of the establishment, excellent drinks (tried 2). Natural, pleasant and neutral taste of fruit and herbal filling! But fans of 10 tablespoons of sugar and sugary flavors may not like it). In addition to the above described: pleasant music and atmosphere. I will be happy to come back again!

I liked the taste of mochi (very tender, delight!) The drinks didn't work out a little bit. There is too much choice, it is too hard to understand which of these is really delicious (I did not understand :) The sellers are pleasant, the music is themed, the toilet is working.

disgustingly long service, while waiting for a drink, you just don't want it anymore. the drink was given in line to everyone who was standing even after us... while the drink was being prepared, no one packed our dessert, and the following picture occurred: the girl told another worker to pack the mochi, to which she replied "pack it yourself." and it just feels like no one cares about you, no one can pack your mochi and generally go and get it yourself... such delicious drinks, such delicate mochi, but such disgusting service :(

If this happens, it may be better to warn your customers that almost all drinks are not available at this point and go only for desserts.
I've given you a chance three times and there's nothing three times.
I know that tea is not bad in this network, but this attitude towards customers is upsetting. It is obvious to work and work on the purchase of ingredients and logistics.

It's a very nice place, a pleasant interior, the workers are wonderful, helped with the choice and explained everything in detail. We took a pomegranate smoothie, a milk basket and jasmine tea. The first two drinks are quite sweet, the third is not particularly, but it's still very tasty!!

It was interesting to go. I tried Tea Milk (milk tea with these balls). I must say right away that you can brew the most ordinary black tea in a bag and pour it with milk - do not make a mistake by taste and color. The only thing is that jelly balls also float, which can be sucked and chewed through a tube. Is this pleasure worth 8 rubles and above? I doubt.

The staff is good, I took cocoa with balls, it was completely tasteless. There was almost no taste of cocoa and milk, very watery, the balls tasteless. Perhaps all sorts of smoothies and teas are tastier, but this was my first experience and I was disappointed that I spent 11p on it and had to throw it away.

Awful. The girl at the checkout is confused, she can't tell what to have drinks with. The queue is huge. They call the waiting time one thing, but in fact another. You return earlier than the specified time, and your order has already been lost in a bunch of others. There is no clear system for issuing orders, so something may not be given by accident. Confusion and confusion.
Well, 15 r - overprise for a drink. But then everyone decides for themselves.

To be honest, we were very upset, we decided to buy bubble tea, about an hour before closing, as a result, there were no teas at all, we bought a new mango milk bubble tea for 16 rubles, as a result, the mango is spoiled, bitter sour taste, drank half the milk, milk made my stomach ache for half the night. It's certainly powerful to suffer for your own money.
