I liked the hotel. Clean, the rooms are quite large, there is a pool on the entire floor, the view from the window is simply amazing, I took off one star for an insufficiently varied breakfast, the quality of the products leaves much to be desired. I didn't find a cappuccino, when I asked the canteen employee if there was a cappuccino, they told me that there was one and pointed to a bowl with mixed sugar and coffee mixed with powdered milk, like this-take a spoon, pour it into a mug and pour boiling water. Nice hotel in the center of Tbilisi. Convenient location of the hotel. The rooms are good. Among the disadvantages are not very high-quality products for breakfast, there is no variety of hot drinks, only tea- and then, from a cold thermos. And it is very inconvenient that the pool is open from 10 o'clock. For those who wake up early and go to breakfast, by 8 a.m.-then you need to sit in the room for 1.5 hours and wait for the pool to open. Good day) stayed here for 3 nights,the hotel is not in the city center,but near stops,shops,really liked the rooms and service,attitude,cleaned every day,water,coffee,tea,bath accessories,clean towels,perfect mattress,pillows,the room is spacious,we had a view of the roadif you are suddenly confused by the noise, it is better to take it with a view to the other side, it is quieter there, the pool worked from 10-10, the water was cool for us + we opened the windows, went for a swim a couple of times, in general it is clean, beautiful
The breakfasts are varied, but we found something to eat,we ate too much before lunch, the dishes were fresh,hot, I recommend this hotel

An order of magnitude worse than described on the booking. The photos do not correspond to the current state of the hotel, the rooms are quite dirty. Two numbers were changed, something was wrong in both of them. You sit down on a chair and it's broken. You put the documents in the safe, the safe is broken. Refrigerator (this is important in hot Georgia) - well, you know, the staff changed the refrigerator, because the one in the room was broken. One day, turning on the hair dryer turned off the electricity, and the last night they caught a cockroach in the bathroom. Family rooms overlook a busy thoroughfare, if sleeping lightly will be a problem. It's noisy even with the windows closed. The elevators are not working adequately, one had a "Service" error, if the room is on the upper floors, be patient. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the center by taxi. Breakfasts are like this, with instant coffee, you need to take it with a spoon from a common plate, not very diverse. For 4 stars, as indicated on the booking, how to walk from Tbilisi to Moscow. The hotel left several negative impressions:
1) Booked through booking, paid in cash, did not give a check. Not confused.
We checked in, at night we received a notification from the booking that the reservation was canceled by the hotel.
2) Swimming pool.
Everywhere it is indicated that the pool is on the 14th floor. In fact, 15, there are not enough signs and pointers, they found.
The pool area is on the whole floor, you get into it immediately from the stairs, that is, in your clothes, shoes, you go through the door and in front of you is the pool bowl…
To change clothes there is a fenced area, with broken lockers…
The pool itself looks 3x6/3x9 meters and a large empty area of the remaining floor …
There is no staff, there is nowhere to get towels, bathrobes on the spot.
3) elevators work according to a very strange logic, if they work.
One of them did not open the doors on several floors on our dates. We went to the 14th, the doors did not open at 12,11,10, eventually we got to the 1st and moved to another one. Another, if you entered, say, on the 10th floor and you need the 8th, 14th, 5th floor, and from the 1st you called the elevator - it will go to the 1st, even loaded.
4) The room is large, neat, but empty. The audibility from the corridor is strong. The shower does not dry out, the mirror does not work, the heated towel rail does not work.
Breakfast is good :)
+subjective opinion, when checking in, they asked for a room with windows not on the road, after a second of thought, the answer was that all the rooms were occupied, visually there was a feeling that the hotel was filled by a maximum of half.
++I got the impression that the hotel/staff is Russophobic.
As a result: I would advise you to choose another hotel, for the average price tag of the room, you can choose a hotel of the same category, but much closer to the center, at least.

The hotel is not cheap. Shampoo and shower gel are available in tubes , but there are no dental supplies and shaving equipment . The breakfast is delicious, buffet style. The room is clean , but the renovation is slightly worn out. The pool is not particularly large and in this heat, I would like to swim in cool water, not hot.

I booked through Booking in advance, the booking confirmation came and I was calm, we arrived at about 20:00 (I indicated the check-in time when booking). As a result, the hotel refused to check us in. Based on the fact that they wrote me a message demanding credit card details. I didn't see this message! It was stated at the time of booking that a credit card is not needed! What is this lawlessness???? My child and I found ourselves in a strange city on the street in the evening! I had to urgently look for a place to stay overnight. The application has indicated all this time that the reservation is valid. And the next day, the hotel staff canceled the reservation, indicating that we had not arrived.

It is suitable for an overnight stay if there are no options. We took 2 rooms, the staff is normal, but do not expect good-naturedness. There is a swimming pool. Breakfast for 3. Bathrobes were brought only upon request. We made a discount, we rented 2 rooms. Clear. Coffee is better in the room than at breakfast.
