A lovely small hotel in a quiet area of Tbilisi. The location is good relative to the center, you can easily walk to the shopping center, restaurants, parks and popular coffee shops, and along the way enjoy a walk through the small streets of the city.
The hotel itself is located in a quiet courtyard, where it is very safe and peaceful.
The room has everything you need (dada, condee, too), I got a room with a small balcony, overlooking the neighboring house and the mountain.
My reservation also included a basic delicious breakfast, to which you can buy supplements or even order homemade cheesecakes or khachapuri (everything is prepared by the owner of the hotel and does it super well).
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant area with vintage furniture and dishes, where you can order something or eat your own food (there is also a refrigerator and a microwave for a snack at one o'clock in the morning). There is also a small library, backgammon and chess to relax and have a good time.
The owners of the hotel, Anna and San, are wonderful and helpful people, always ready to help, prompt and make your mood 10 times better! The hotel has 3 cute dogs who are always happy to chat and play, which is very uplifting!
The hotel has a wonderful friendly atmosphere for all guests! Thanks to the guys for their hard work!

The hotel is located in the center of Tbilisi, there is parking behind the barrier! Sandro greeted us warmly.
There is breakfast. Cool spacious balconies! There are dogs, you can pet them, chat with them. You can buy homemade wine, play chess and backgammon. It is convenient and not far to walk to the center of the hotel. I definitely recommend this place!

A great place for a family holiday, a friendly host, will answer all questions, speaks 3 languages well at once: English, Russian and Georgian. He suggested the best places to stop for a meal and where it is better to go, where to exchange currency
Delicious homemade breakfasts, I advise you to have breakfast here, an unlimited amount of tea and coffee is offered to the room
Clean and cozy rooms, a soft large 2-bedroom bed, there is a wardrobe, a table, a private bathroom, a clean room, there is a hairdryer in the bathtub, a huge plus if you are going on vacation with your soulmate
Deserves 100/5 stars, I recommend it for a family vacation!

It was very comfortable and emotional. A quiet little courtyard with the flavor of old Tbilisi, but at the same time there is a place to park the car. Freedom Square (the very center of the city) is just a 15-minute walk away. When we arrived, the owner Sandro was away, we were received by his parents - wonderful people) And a sociable dog named Tetri lives here, greets all guests)
Reviews about guest houses in Georgia often write: "It's like I came to visit good old friends" - well, that's the truth! Thank you! If we manage to come to Tbilisi again, we would stay here.

I stayed at Tbilisi Tales and was absolutely delighted! The cozy atmosphere and incredibly hospitable staff made my stay here really comfortable. The rooms are clean, spacious, the beds are comfortable and large.
I was especially pleased with the location – the hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi, from where it is convenient to get to the main attractions. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the staff is always ready to help with any questions.
If you are looking for the perfect place to stop in Tbilisi, Tbilisi Tales will definitely not disappoint you! I will definitely come back here again.

A very pleasant place!
Vacationed with my husband in August, great location, clean rooms, very atmospheric. The wonderful friendly host settled in early, suggested where it is better to exchange currency and the most delicious places in Tbilisi, for which special thanks!

I stayed with the guys for two nights in July, I needed a break after a long road. A wonderful couple runs the hotel! We immediately found a common language with Sandro, showed and told everything, and I am always ready to help. A wonderful dog lives in the hotel, a favorite of all guests. The hotel is quiet, with good prices and even in the historical center. All the sights can be reached on foot
