I can only say the best about the hotel, I found it by accident, arrived late at night, did not catch the train to Batumi. I just had to call the hotels, because the aggregators were available for booking only the next day everywhere. They picked up the phone at 2.30 am, answered, went to check the room and said they could check in. They settled in quickly. Convenient location. It is located right across the street from the railway station, it is convenient for those who travel further to or from Batumi. You can walk in a minute. I especially want to mention the staff, both administrators were friendly, gave advice, helped, spoke Russian well (for me it doesn't matter, I can also speak English, but I think many people are pleased). The room itself is clean, beautiful, and the bed is comfortable. There is a luggage storage room. The hotel is quiet, I slept well. There is a waiting area in the lobby, there are comfortable sofas, a lot of interesting books, I looked at Zurab Tsereteli's book with pleasure.

The hotel is located next to the central railway station, it is convenient, the surrounding area does not make a favorable impression. The hotel itself is well renovated inside, the staff is polite and attentive. But personally, I was not comfortable in this hotel, it was very noisy, there was a very noisy road nearby, the pillows were high and made of some kind of synthetic material, my head was not comfortable at all, the hot water was not hot at all, the fittings in the shower were falling off. I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is not bad, freshly renovated, clean, hot water!
Their pillows (included in the room) We liked them.
Of the cons: the room is very small, the lighting (3 small yellow bulbs) in the room is dark in the evening, like in a crypt, but after a couple of days they got used to it and did not notice.
Poor sound insulation, our Windows overlooked the ventilation pipe, it is very noisy, and from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday there is a bar somewhere nearby, music is all over the street until 4-5 in the morning.
We also did not have breakfast included, they came to the reception to pay extra, so the young man did not know how to do it, sent us to the market for food)
Also, the location is not the most successful, it is not the center, although the city is small, but we are tired of walking back and forth, near the market, the railway station…
It is also cheaper to take a room directly than through booking, especially out of season!
Through booking 63 $ / day, and directly 50 $!
I think this is a good number for Georgia!
The main thing for me is cleanliness)
We did not meet any Russian-speaking staff here.
