The operators (not all, but most of them) are incompetent, rude. They don't know how to communicate with people.
When I began to figure out for what reason money was withdrawn from a credit card, and from my other card without my knowledge and to my dissatisfaction, the operator replied that no one forced me to take out a loan and that if I did not like their bank, I did not use their services.

When she asked why you were calling me, they told me if I took over her debt, they would tell me. If I don't promise to pay the debt, they won't tell me what her debt is.
Then it turned out that they themselves did not withdraw the monthly payment from the credit card on time, despite the fact that there was money on the card. We waited 5 months until the amount became higher with the penalties and only then called to remind us of the delay 🤡
I do not recommend this bank, they are good with you when you apply for a loan. As soon as problems start, this online digital bank ceases to be competent, the operators report different information, if you need to withdraw your money from an application that has errors, then you need to wait at least 48 hours for them to review, and then they will take another day, and this is to withdraw your money from your account. One thing is written in the Contracts, but in fact they do it differently, you call and again each operator asks you to wait and gives you different information, they will tell you to leave a request that needs to wait at least 48 hours, but they will tell you that we will speed it up for you.
I do not recommend this bank to you, because you will get the following problems:
- you will be blocked from the card with money and wait days for the lock to be lifted, and they can block you for operations a month ago (there was a ride on a scooter);
- your virtual card will be blocked for no reason;
- when withdrawing the reward from the deposit from the wallet to the card, this money may disappear from you and then you will try for weeks to get your own money back and they will tell you every time that they will solve the problem tomorrow / the day after tomorrow / 2 days / 3 days / 5 days, and in the end the deadline will be 30 days.

The First Digital Bank, originally from Georgia, discriminates against non-residents-citizens of Russia.
A Humo card was issued in my name, to which a former employer (also from the TBC group) accrued a salary. I can't use the money because the card is blocked by default. It is not visible in the application, and it cannot be activated. In the call center every day, the circus either leaves applications, then swears to resolve the issue in 24-48-72 hours or "after lunch". Moreover, this problem is only on my account, other people (citizens and residents of Uzbekistan) are fine with card activation and the application.
This whole comedy has been going on for almost a month, exactly a month ago TBC embezzled my money. No one is going to help in this bank, customer orientation is below zero. Avoid this bank and do not become its client. You will only lose money and nerves from communicating with boorish and incompetent employees.
