We purchased an air ticket for the Minsk-Antalya flight during the Time Voyage. It was explained to us that the ticket is non-refundable, but if our plans suddenly change, the agency said they would help with the implementation so that we would not lose money. 2 days before the planned departure, we informed Viber that we really had to cancel the trip, but the message was not read until 17.00. I called the office and was connected to Olga, the deputy director. I voiced a request to help with the sale of a ticket, as I was far from the field of tourism business and had no idea where to give this kind of information. Olga replied in an extremely unpleasant tone that they would not be able to help and I had no right to demand anything from them. I told Olga 3 times that I was not making any claims, but just asking for help with the sale of the ticket. There was absolutely no feedback. Olga did not show any complicity, attention, or desire to help. It is extremely unfortunate that I did not find elementary human participation in this agency!

Why do they work?
