The portions are HUGE and at a CHEAP price. Everything is very tasty, good service, kind staff. But only for Russians there will be a problem, the Kaspi bank terminal (works only with the Kaspi card, and to get it, you first need to get an IIN at a local MFC (in Kazakhstan, a PSC)) well, or pay in cash

The atmosphere is cozy, the service is average, the staff is polite but slow, so you need to wait until they come and serve. There is no music that is not background or live . A good place if you want to have lunch or dinner in a calm and cozy atmosphere.

I don't know how it is with alcohol now, but a year ago we went there to have lunch with a colleague, and there were drunken carcasses of some men lying under the tables, there was a roar throughout the hall. We were afraid to sit, so we ordered a takeaway. The food is delicious, but the presence of alcohol on the menu spoils everything during the day
