Everything was fine. We agreed on the volume and price of delivery -100 rubles. No... an invoice arrives for payment and there is only lumber, without delivery. We are told to pay for the lumber, and the delivery will cost as much as the carrier agrees. We ask you to specify the delivery of 100 rubles in the invoice and we pay the bill. We are told that this is not possible - delivery for cash, and the carrier suddenly wants not 100p, but 270p. ... i.e., a rollback of 170p is immediately charged from us. And that's it... and why not just say that our transportation is 270-300r, why waste our time... or just someone wanted to get a refund through the carrier. which accepts cash?

I ordered a barney 2x2.5 bathhouse. Everything is fine, the bathhouse is cool, but there are a couple of nuances:
1. I would like to see in the operating instructions that the bath will be covered in wood dust and must be washed before use.
2. For transportation, it is better to completely remove the pipe (and not just the head), and it will not be difficult to install it in place. Because, as it turned out, a pipe hooked on a tree branch overturns the oven and jams the stainless steel lining on the ceiling.
3. It is clear that the door to the steam room will then expand from moisture, then shrink. So I would like there to be an adjustment of the door latch. Because now it's hot and dry, the door doesn't lock.
4. The option of draining to the floor is useless. The floors are without a slope and all the water stands and oozes through all the cracks, mainly along the edges and along the beams at the base.
But in general, the impression of the bathhouse is good, and it was pleasant to communicate with the company's employees!

If I hadn't tried it on with a tape measure, then it would have been a ride. Then the driver's round eyes, calls, and eventually they made a discount. Perhaps the movers got mixed up, but the sediment remained.I recommend you to be more careful when accepting materials.

Hello, I bought a standard floor board 35*112*5000 av at 39.90r/m2. The manager clearly told everything, sent a photo, everything is accessible and understandable. The order was 15 boards of this size.
Unfortunately, the reality does not match the stated characteristics and the photos sent to me, the price does not match the quality.
I ordered delivery, there was no way to pick up the board myself. There are a lot of flaws on the boards - chips, detachments, potholes (maybe I'm explaining myself incorrectly, I'm not a master).

I agree with the review about the uselessness of the option - DRAIN in the FLOOR! I had to refine it a bit !
