I arrived a little earlier than my appointment and joined the queue for the car wash, after me other people came to the car wash. I did the stupid thing that I left, leaving the keys, went on business. While I was away, they put my car aside and began to wash the car that arrived after me and which had no record at all. To my indignation, what kind of arrogance was this, I had to be served in turn, without apologies, they brazenly said, they say I have an appointment for another time, while if there was no record, they would have washed first. What are the rules??? The audacity! I will really think about whether to use the services of such a car wash, rpz do not know how to deal decently with customers!
