I am a regular customer of this store, but almost every time I come home and look at the receipt, I am "pleasantly surprised"! The prices on the price tags and in the receipt are not just different, but for the difference you can also buy a couple of kilograms of products (far from cheap). But yesterday's incident shocked me in general! Buying bananas in goods at discounted prices, the receipt did not come out on the scales for a very long time, from the fifth time the receipt appeared, gluing it on the package, I went to the cashier. (In addition to this product, it was bought for a decent amount!!!) At the exit, the guard reached into my bag and said that the weight of the bananas did not match. I called the head of security, who started talking to me in a boorish tone! I explained the situation, said that the scales were out of order, and I was absolutely not against outweighing and, if necessary, paying extra. But the man only heard himself! He was rude, threatened and called names as much as he could. I don't understand how such people are allowed to work with people at all!? If I hadn't been buying groceries all the time in this supermarket for hundreds of hryvnia, I would have spent 5 rubles on trifles!? He refused to view the camera for a cut, realizing that he would not see anything criminal there! When I came home in shock, I outweighed the carrots, weighed on the same scales as the bananas, and instead of the 850g knocked out, there were only 230g. I wanted to go present this carrot to the same guard, but after the incident, my health deteriorated greatly. And I decided that health is more important and there is simply no reason to descend to the level of a person who is not disfigured by intelligence! Apparently I'm not the first person he's bullied so morally! I have never been humiliated like this in my life! Such people need to be taught, I will contact the consumer protection Society today!
