We ordered food for three people, only two people got their food and waited additional 10 minutes before the third person got their meal. Two side dishes took too long and did not come until after we had finished the meal. The waitress messed up and brought out the incorrect type of dolma and the manager refused to exchange it for the correct order. The waitress was great and tried hard to make us happy.

A democratic, delicious cafe, the price tag is more sparing, the barbecue is on fire, the meat is fresh, the fish on the grill is beyond praise, the wine is inexpensive and delicious. We spent 10,000 drams on four people, ate, overeated, and drank. The staff is as friendly as possible. In general, a credit!!!

We cannot assess the quality of the dishes, as the order was not accepted.
It is very sad, but this institution spoils the appearance of a beautiful city with such negligent service.

Russian Russian The waitress seemed quite nice at first, but she didn't understand Russian well (strange for a place located on a busy square, because this language is very popular in Armenia, and there is a menu in Russian).
I asked if it was just a summer salad with fresh vegetables. The second time, the waitress replied that Imam bayaldi with eggplant was also a "summer" one. I decided to try it. It turned out to be something like eggplant caviar, that is, not at all the fresh vegetables I asked about, and not even whole ones. Well, OK, we ate this salad for two - nothing interesting tastes, but it's fine.
My husband wanted to order hashlama with mutton, and even pointed his finger at it on the menu. The waitress replied that she only ate with pork. Well, OK. At the end of the order, I repeated once again that we needed two beers, a salad, hashlama and a pot. Beer and salad were received quickly. 20 minutes later, the waitress brought it... shawarma. At first she did not understand what was wrong, then she apologized for the mistake, her husband decided not to bother and ate a shawarma. The shawarma is not bad, better than in Moscow, big, but just barely warm. And so he finished this unwanted shawarma a long time ago, we chatted, clicked on the phones, finished our beer, my husband went for a smoke and came back - but they still didn't carry my pot (meat with potatoes and vegetables). About an hour passed from the order, no one came up, dirty plates were not cleaned either (meanwhile, only a few tables were occupied in the entire restaurant, that is, the workers did not work hard). I got tired of waiting, they asked for the bill. The account is suddenly entirely in Armenian (that is, even without English). We have focused on prices. There was no pot in the bill - apparently, they just forgot about it (it is unlikely that they kindly excluded it, deciding to let us go in peace). So my dinner consisted only of vegetable "caviar". They also carried the change for 10 minutes (I repeat, customers at a minimum). Well, and a small detail: I went to the bathroom, but the entrance was blocked - an employee was washing the walls. The waitress carefully pushed him away. While I was in the bathroom, the light went out twice - the motion sensor (as a result, I had to constantly jerk while washing my hands... but even without this, the dryer hangs in such a way that, standing at the sink, you touch it with your elbow, and it suddenly starts to make noise - and it won't turn gray for long). Well, actually, they couldn't even attach a toilet seat in size - what's there to talk about?.. Of course, I do not recommend the institution.

Good evening, I want to share the story of how we ordered food in Hatsatun, it was late at about 23:00, maybe more, my boyfriend decided to order himself mashed potatoes and cutlets in Kiev. We took it with us, we waited for about an hour, took the order, arrived home, opened the container, a black hair was sticking out in the puree, we decided to throw it out and try the cutlet, the cutlet was completely raw and not edible, after that day we do not order anything there.

Sooooo delicious and inexpensive! It's not the first time we've come) We took khinkali, ikibir, imam bayaldy, soup, shish kebab! Everything was great! There are draft beer Gyumri and Alexandropol, coffee, fresh drinks. There are sockets. Some of the best khinkals in all of Armenia!

The service is very long and lazy. We ordered a tabouleh and a beef kebab. The salad was still passable, but the shish kebab brought tears to my eyes. They brought us coals covered with pita bread. It was the driest and toughest beef in the world. No marinade, but abundantly salted. My jaw ached to chew such "meat". We left the coals on the conscience of the cooks. We went with a friend 2 times (the second time we gave the institution a chance). And so.. Ear, she has an abundance of carrots, and in the place of the fish itself (well, you know, in the ear to eat fish meat and there is the very purpose of the order) her head.. The chicken breast kebab (they said that the cook had been working for a very long time) was dry and burnt.. Tomato salad with frozen very hard tomatoes, sadness.. Tea, without tea itself (i.e. tea with thyme is pure thyme in boiling water).. In response to constructive criticism, they shrug it off and say that this is how it should be.. One of the disadvantages is the botched khinkali. Salty even by the standards of Armenia.
One of the advantages. Everything else is very tasty. Portions are much more than you expect to get for that kind of money. So it's better to take it more modestly. Prices are lower than in Yerevan. In the photo, a dish called Ikibir is served in a bag on a plate without stem devices, apparently from a branded feature. And what is convenient: if you don't finish it, you can take it with you right away! However, I don't really want to do this: the meat is dry, the pita bread is too.
