My favorite restaurant in Batumi. Upon arrival, we definitely go here for delicious food, high-quality wine, impeccable service and entertainment. In the evenings, on the third floor there is live music with wonderful vocals, incendiary Georgian dances in national costumes, and then a disco. You will be welcomed here as dear guests, and you will be escorted as close friends. I recommend it to everyone!

We recently visited Tavaduri and were completely delighted! The atmosphere of the restaurant is simply charming, the aromas of spices and delicious food - all this created a truly unforgettable evening.
It is impossible not to mention khachapuri! Khinkali with juicy meat, juices are already splashing!
The prices, considering the quality and the atmosphere, are very pleasant. We will definitely come back here again to try other dishes of Georgian cuisine!
I recommend it to all lovers of Georgian cuisine, and those who want to try it for the first time!

Excellent restaurant in three languages - English, Georgian, Russian.
They planted it right away without any problems.
We ate delicious. Fast, pleasant service, despite the heavy workload.
According to the prices, the check is average for Batumi.
Clean, pleasant, the music is not very loud, it's one thing to talk.
Khinkali with meat is huge, with mushrooms and smaller cheeses. A portion of Caesar for two. They brought everything quickly enough.
I liked the wine from kvevri.
The desserts are beautiful and delicious.

A must-visit!!!
We had a vacation with my husband in September 2024 in Batumi. We had a great time at the Tavaduri restaurant. Very tasty cuisine, good service, huge portions. Khinkali 5+. We will be happy to come again. Keep in mind that in the evening (during the season) you will have to wait outside when a free table appears. But it's worth it ❤

We asked the locals, they recommended this restaurant, and indeed, of all the places, the best. They are greeted with a smile at the entrance, the waiters are tired and pleasant. Khinkali, khachapuri and homemade wine are all you need in Georgia. At prices, there is probably nowhere more pleasant. There are different halls, tables are reserved in one wing in advance, there was music and a program, but they do not serve khinkali, we came without reservation, waited for 10-15 minutes, we were escorted to the second floor in another wing. A wonderful place, I advise you to visit. In others, where we went, the staff shows with all their appearance how tired they are of working, I was very surprised by this fact in Georgia.

A restaurant with reasonable prices in the center of Batumi!
We decided to hold an extreme evening dinner in a popular place in Batumi, the only one where we found the famous "Mama Hinkal".
I met the restaurant with a queue at the entrance, in which we stood for 10-15 minutes, they put us on the balcony with a beautiful view.
The food is quite tasty, but there was a very long wait for the dishes to be served.
Instead of the promised 25-30 minutes, "Mama Hinkal" was brought in 75 minutes, which was very upsetting and spoiled the impression of the restaurant.

A decent restaurant in the center of Batumi!
The price-quality ratio is excellent.
Khinkali is well the most delicious here, the price is 1.5 lari per piece (approx. 50 rubles).
I drank beer for 500 rubles and ate a lot of hinkaley! One day I shooed: and dried apricots, and mushrooms with cheese, and khinkali with mushrooms, and khinkali with meat, and beer - 1000 rubles out!
There is live music, but only on the second floor - a banquet hall, uninteresting... And khinkali cannot be eaten on this 2nd floor.
It is better either on the veranda, or on the 1st or 3rd floors.
Important:
- khinkali is cooked for a long time: at least 30 minutes to wait, and maybe even more during rush hours;
- tips of 10% are automatically added to the bill;
- on the 2nd floor with music, but without hincals;
- there is almost always a queue at the entrance, but it moves quickly.

That's great! A chic interior inside, cool and clean. Prices for khinkali are below average, not frozen, a lot of broth and meat. We were both at lunch in the afternoon and in the evening. After 20 o'clock, there is a queue for boarding, as the place is popular not only among tourists. Live music, dancing in the evenings. The hostess girls are very nice and all the staff speaks Russian. I recommend trying homemade lemonades, khinkali of all kinds and salad with nuts. I have never tasted tastier in Georgia. From the nuances - in the evening, on a first-come, first-served basis, they can put you on the second floor, it is impossible to order khinkali there, although they cook on the veranda. 10% will be included in the service receipt.

I liked the place, it was atmospheric. Shish kebab and kebab are fried on the street near the restaurant. We had a rest in Georgia, went for a walk around Batumi and, according to reviews, stopped in Tavaduri. The place is popular, I had to wait 15 minutes for the table to be free. The service is fast even with a full landing. The waiter speaks Russian, so there was no misunderstanding, they explained that the child needs the first, not the sharp one. The only thing I didn't like was the completely dry meat in ojahuri, the meat just wasn't chewed (returned to the kitchen. We ordered khinkali, they are for 5, Caesar is wonderful, chicken soup is delicious. We liked the Lyulyakebab, the child said it was rubber) still, the place is good, I recommend it! The point for Ojahuri cannot be removed))))

A good Georgian restaurant!
It resembles in style the format of a banquet restaurant: the location of tables, tablecloths, and the atmosphere itself....
There are two floors, on the second floor there is a veranda area.
There is live music.
And one more thing at once — if you want khinkali, then you can order them either only on the ground floor or on the veranda (apparently so that there is no smell in the hall :))
The service is good and fast!
According to the menu, there are quite a lot of things.
I ordered cappuccino (since there is no boiled coffee), mushrooms on ketsi with suluguni and eggplant with nuts.
I liked everything, the portions are good.
By prices, ₽₽₽.
All of the above came out in 30 lari (~905₽)
Clean room and toilets.
Quite a good location, in the city center.
P.S. Without a photo, because I forgot to take a picture first, and then it was not beautiful :)
But a day later I decided to visit this institution again.... III khinkali — for five!
Gorgeous khachapuri (it is also "purified" in the common people)!

The only place in Batumi with decent service. There is no nationalism. The waiters are kind and attentive in everything. The girls are doing great. The girl Nino served us just great.
The place seemed a little dark, but when it's delicious, you don't pay attention to anything.

The best Georgian restaurant in Batumi. If you are not confused by the huge long queues at the entrance, then it is definitely worth a visit. Khinkali and kindzmarauli are just a piece of cake.

The interior is very beautiful, clean and inexpensive. 4 floors. The main thing is very tasty! Khinkali for 1.5 lari, if not meat, then 5 pieces of 5 lari. Soup is a huge portion) the order is brought quite quickly if the time is before lunch, because after that you first need to stand in line on the street (as we understood, Georgians are allowed to go ahead), and then wait at least an hour inside the order. You still need to shout to the waiters to bring / take something away.

It's a great place. The restaurant is quite fashionable and spacious, has two floors plus balconies above. Everything is beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, they will meet and escort you. The service is quite fast and attentive. The portions are huge, we had to take them with us, because we couldn't handle what we ordered. Everything is very tasty. The choice of dishes is large. The prices are surprisingly very affordable. I can safely recommend this institution.

The restaurant is too overpriced. No "Caucasian hospitality", everything is too pretentious.
Boarding - if there are seats in the main hall (it is no longer the season and a weekday), they offered a table only on the veranda (it will not be cold - there are IR heaters, but all photos will be in the red spectrum - who cares - take into account!)
Waiters - everything is too long! No one approached us until they asked for the menu themselves. The same situation is with the order - until he called, no one came up. They look bad at the table, the dirty dishes were removed only when we stacked them on the edge of the table. They constantly walk by, but they are probably busy with some other important business, and not with the guests of the restaurant - for example, talking to each other.
Nothing supernatural about food! We've been to many other places, everything was faster and tastier by a lot! The only thing is the submission of "mama khinkali" - this is of course. Such a lure for tourists.
And one more thing - you will ask to pack food in a container - keep in mind that it is paid!

A story about the agony of pleasure
I have a best friend. She came, like me, on vacation in Batumi. Seeing her is always a special event. And so, my husband and I, and she and her daughter, planned a meeting at the restaurant. We decided to have dinner at a "cool" (as her daughter thought) and a little pretentious restaurant called "Tavaduri".
The dinner was great: the food was delicious, the service was excellent. We were not even confused by the fact that pork knuckle was served with the barbecue, which, as we believe, was poisoned. I arrived home happily tired, sat on the phone for a while, took a shower and went to bed. The eyes immediately closed, anticipating a sweet dream.. But then I felt a lump rise in my throat... It was the most hellish night of my life, I've never been so poisoned!
I take a couple of sips of water and run back to the bathroom to cuddle with my white friend. It seemed that my stomach had shrunk in size to a thimble, and it was spewing out everything it had eaten.1,2,7,13 - I lost count of how many times I ran to the bathroom. So until the morning! It seemed that my head would burst with pain!
I spent the next 4 days with poisoning!!!!!! This is the first time this has happened to me!
As a result, we sat in a restaurant for 378 GEL and I can say bluntly that I'm talking about this money...La!

I've heard a lot of recommendations about this place, but I got there only the second time) I am a frequent guest in Batumi, but this institution began to enjoy such popularity only this summer. In the evening, in the middle of August, we stood in line with friends for 35 minutes, eventually we didn't wait and left. We arrived for lunch on 25.08 at 15:15 - again the queue at the entrance, waited 10 minutes and finally we managed to sit down) The restaurant is very beautiful, well renovated and pleasant atmosphere. We got a table on the 2nd floor. The air conditioners work very well that even most of the visitors were sitting in blankets😅 ordered chicken soup for the child (delicious soup, not spicy ), chikhirtma- very disappointed, it looked like an ordinary broth and did not have the right saturation! But what everyone praised very much was khinkali and they were really gorgeous! I would even say the best in Batumi! Thin and delicate dough, lots of broth and delicious minced meat. The restaurant had a full boarding and the waiters did everything very smartly) in general, the impression is very good, but for the national soup, I lower the asterisk.

We came on the recommendation of the staff of the hotel where we stayed and the Internet at about 7 pm on Mon.
We stood in line for 40 minutes to enter.
I really wanted delicious khinkali.
When our turn came, we were offered a place on the terrace - we agreed. It was a mistake: it's hard to imagine a self-respecting restaurant offering such tables, here you have all the charms: street noise, smoking people, poor table lighting. It felt like we were unloved relatives and we were planted anywhere. We took the menu ourselves, accepted the order from us, but warned that the Khinkali would wait 50 minutes (by the way, they brought them in 30).
First, they brought homemade lemonade (pomegranate?) it tastes like soda with a lot of syrup - not tasty. Then, after 15 minutes, the cucumber-tomato salad was brought: delicious, but it turned out to contain several pieces of hot green pepper. Due to the poor lighting, we did not immediately notice it and my husband ate a whole piece of pepper. He is allergic and avoids the acute. It was unpleasant, but we survived. After another 5 minutes, the waitress casually threw a plate of salad on our table, we did not immediately understand whether it was for us or temporarily parked this dish on our table. Having illuminated the dish with a flashlight, we decided that this was our salad with eggplant) it turned out not to be tasty. Then they brought us what we came for - khinkali. They turned out to be .... different) there were different amounts of minced meat everywhere, somewhere the meat was with a good portion of pepper, somewhere there was no pepper and salt at all. Perhaps the cooks got so steamed up that they stirred the minced meat and molded khinkali in a hurry. On the plus side: the khinkali was cooked, the dough was thin and they were brought to us earlier than promised))
We ate faster than we expected a table, and screwed out of this wonderful place in search of dessert.

We lived in Batumi for 4 years, we always went only to Tavaduri. Birthdays, holidays, with visiting friends, just to have lunch -only there, "Tava duri" never failed. A variety of dishes (but we always preferred Georgian cuisine only), taste, service - everything is at an excellent level. Young people are trying very hard, experienced staff help, the hostel is always friendly and try to land faster, advise places ... Now we have arrived, immediately there, and only pleasant emotions. The management and staff did a great job! Thank you for the many happy memories!

The food is good, we were unlucky as there was not half of what we wanted to order.
But the service is below average: a completely unfriendly waiter, hurried us with a choice, for some reason it was the beer that brought 30 minutes after the reminder, and did not come up anymore, we had to go for forks for the children ourselves.
Some kind of unpleasant aftertaste from the visit.

At first everything was great, the service was fast and the dishes arrived quickly.
Everything was fine until one moment.
We came with a group of 6 people.
I said the dishes first and called them "5 khinkali with mushrooms"
Then, when all the khinkali was brought there, there were no mushrooms there, but they brought all the meat ones.
I told the waiter that I only ordered MUSHROOM dishes because I don't eat meat.
To which the man replied , and I quote: "You ordered meat.
Although I didn't eat meat, the waiter started arguing with me and giving me an example of the fact that he had brought me a skewer of "chicken" before
Although chicken and meat: namely, beef and pork are the same thing, and he does not know "how we are there in terms of concepts"
And did not want to remove them from the general receipt, because allegedly they were already ready.

And this whole situation has completely ruined my opinion and the opinion of my friends about this institution.

I didn't like it at all. A lot of people advised, like the best restaurant in Georgia. The service is very long and not simultaneous. It's okay they brought it at different times, but I sat for more than an hour waiting for my food when our friends had already eaten. Also, the chicken was dry and bland, I ate such a delicious chicken for the first time. Ordering more veal with vegetables, they overdid the fat content of the dish, although I clarified this point. After the restaurant, my husband and I had a stomach cramp. I am very disappointed, sorry for the time and money spent. I regret that I did not take pictures of the dishes, although the serving of the dishes was not bad, they were served in pans with fervor from the heat. I do not recommend visiting.
