If you want to feel a real Georgian vibe and taste Georgian cuisine - welcome. But this place is very popular and touristic, so in high season the quality is getting lower.
Service is so bad that they don’t even speak with you, just ignoring. They have free tables but lie that there’s no free tables. Don’t recommend this place if you are normal person
Wonderful Georgian cuisine restaurant in Butumi. Very large portions of dishes and insanely delicious 😋😋😋 delicious wine 🍷
The waiters recommend and suggest the choice of wines and dishes.
The restaurant has several halls: on the ground floor, on the second floor, where there is live music and a disco, and there is a hall on the second floor where khinkali is served. 🥟
I recommend it to everyone
We visited the restaurant on 30.04.25.The food is delicious, like a fish (mutton), it's not bad, like decent khinkali. But a very dry dish called "veal ribs under fire". I don't recommend it. Everything else is decent. High-quality alcohol. I took the chacha. Classic. Very decent.
The service is very fast. The waiter is on the level. Worthy. Everything I requested from alcohol was delivered in 3-4 minutes.
The mutton is decent, but small (see the restaurant "Noah's Era". Khinkali is excellent.
The staff is on the level. No complaints. Well done.
Great place!!! Very tasty!!! The portions are excellent!!! Beautiful!!! They don't always serve you quickly, but it's not critical!!! Prices are normal!!! Khinkali is probably the best in Batumi!!! Well, I can't compare it with Moscow restaurants either. Khinkali should be perfect here!!! Thank you, Batumi!!!
Excellent restaurant in three languages - English, Georgian, Russian.
They planted it right away without any problems.
We ate delicious. Fast, pleasant service, despite the heavy workload.
According to the prices, the check is average for Batumi.
Clean, pleasant, the music is not very loud, it's one thing to talk.
Khinkali with meat is huge, with mushrooms and smaller cheeses. A portion of Caesar for two. They brought everything quickly enough.
I liked the wine from kvevri.
The desserts are beautiful and delicious.
We asked the locals, they recommended this restaurant, and indeed, of all the places, the best. They are greeted with a smile at the entrance, the waiters are tired and pleasant. Khinkali, khachapuri and homemade wine are all you need in Georgia. At prices, there is probably nowhere more pleasant. There are different halls, tables are reserved in one wing in advance, there was music and a program, but they do not serve khinkali, we came without reservation, waited for 10-15 minutes, we were escorted to the second floor in another wing. A wonderful place, I advise you to visit. In others, where we went, the staff shows with all their appearance how tired they are of working, I was very surprised by this fact in Georgia.
That's great! A chic interior inside, cool and clean. Prices for khinkali are below average, not frozen, a lot of broth and meat. We were both at lunch in the afternoon and in the evening. After 20 o'clock, there is a queue for boarding, as the place is popular not only among tourists. Live music, dancing in the evenings. The hostess girls are very nice and all the staff speaks Russian. I recommend trying homemade lemonades, khinkali of all kinds and salad with nuts. I have never tasted tastier in Georgia. From the nuances - in the evening, on a first-come, first-served basis, they can put you on the second floor, it is impossible to order khinkali there, although they cook on the veranda. 10% will be included in the service receipt.
A decent restaurant in the center of Batumi!
The price-quality ratio is excellent.
Khinkali is well the most delicious here, the price is 1.5 lari per piece (approx. 50 rubles).
I drank beer for 500 rubles and ate a lot of hinkaley! One day I shooed: and dried apricots, and mushrooms with cheese, and khinkali with mushrooms, and khinkali with meat, and beer - 1000 rubles out!
There is live music, but only on the second floor - a banquet hall, uninteresting... And khinkali cannot be eaten on this 2nd floor.
It is better either on the veranda, or on the 1st or 3rd floors.
Important:
- khinkali is cooked for a long time: at least 30 minutes to wait, and maybe even more during rush hours;
- tips of 10% are automatically added to the bill;
- on the 2nd floor with music, but without hincals;
- there is almost always a queue at the entrance, but it moves quickly.
Very tasty! I recommend the signature dish "SALVADOR DALI" very tasty!!! Pleasant atmosphere. A three-storey restaurant. There is a Russian menu, but without pictures. Polite staff. Good service.
Everything is great! Food, drinks, pepsonal) the only place where fried khinkali and open khachapuri were tasted is gastronomic from everything! Very polite and friendly staff, we will be happy to come back again!
My favorite restaurant in Batumi. Upon arrival, we definitely go here for delicious food, high-quality wine, impeccable service and entertainment. In the evenings, on the third floor there is live music with wonderful vocals, incendiary Georgian dances in national costumes, and then a disco. You will be welcomed here as dear guests, and you will be escorted as close friends. I recommend it to everyone!
A very pleasant and delicious place! There is a terrace on the second floor and live music is constantly playing. You can go to this restaurant every day and choose new dishes from the menu, as the menu is very large and you want to try everything. I recommend. But it's better to book a table in advance, as everything is often busy.
Music is playing on the second floor, songs are being sung, dancing is dancing)) It's shorter than in the theater. If you need to be alone and quiet, then it's on the 1st floor. It's beautiful, cozy, quiet, and peaceful. The cuisine is delicious, especially the fish. The wine is inexpensive, slightly higher than in the store. Restaurateurs don't get arrogant, so prices are reasonable everywhere. It seems to me that eating at home will also be fine. The presentation is interesting, and so is the program. The vociferous couple sang a different repertoire.
A good Georgian restaurant!
It resembles in style the format of a banquet restaurant: the location of tables, tablecloths, and the atmosphere itself....
There are two floors, on the second floor there is a veranda area.
There is live music.
And one more thing at once — if you want khinkali, then you can order them either only on the ground floor or on the veranda (apparently so that there is no smell in the hall :))
The service is good and fast!
According to the menu, there are quite a lot of things.
I ordered cappuccino (since there is no boiled coffee), mushrooms on ketsi with suluguni and eggplant with nuts.
I liked everything, the portions are good.
By prices, ₽₽₽.
All of the above came out in 30 lari (~905₽)
Clean room and toilets.
Quite a good location, in the city center.
P.S. Without a photo, because I forgot to take a picture first, and then it was not beautiful :)
But a day later I decided to visit this institution again.... III khinkali — for five!
Gorgeous khachapuri (it is also "purified" in the common people)!
The bill is also 30 lari — coffee, khinkali 3 pcs., khachapuri without dough, sour cream, tkemali and a tip of 10%.
The atmosphere of the place is pleasant 5/5
The service was 3.5/5, it took a very long time, although there was a full boarding, but we got the slowest waiter
Food 4/5, liked khinkali with meat, mushrooms, delicious Mexican potatoes, ice cream, lemonade
Cheese khinkali 2/5, incredibly salty, irregular shape, tail like a dumpling, not khinkali
3/5 khachapuri, very salty
Very tasty, hospitable. The portions are huge. Irina, the waiter, served quickly, pleasant and smiling. It felt like we were visiting her. It's very soulful, authentic and incredibly delicious.
It's a great place!!! Very tasty food! Pleasant, non-intrusive music. A cozy atmosphere. Beautiful presentation. Wonderful service!!! Our company sooo liked it here!!
Nikolozi is a wonderful waiter , superbly served , a man with humor . The restaurant itself is also very good, the food is delicious and fast. I advise everyone to visit. Thanks a lot to the staff
Excellent Georgian food, fast service, pleasant prices. Special thanks to our assistant Ira for her help in choosing dishes, professional and very sincere service!
A popular place with an interesting main course is Mama khinkali. It tastes average, they don't bother with the serving, they just pile it on plates. There are a lot of people, which is probably why the place is tired, and they don't have time to keep up with cleanliness. Prices are also average. If you need to have a quick and relatively inexpensive lunch, go here. It's not suitable for a cozy atmospheric evening, it's too noisy and canteen-style.
The restaurant is very decent, we visited it once, we really liked both the menu and the staff. The portions are very large. Thank you for your hospitality. I advise all tourists to go. The prices are reasonable.
We recently visited Tavaduri and were completely delighted! The atmosphere of the restaurant is simply charming, the aromas of spices and delicious food - all this created a truly unforgettable evening.
It is impossible not to mention khachapuri! Khinkali with juicy meat, juices are already splashing!
The prices, considering the quality and the atmosphere, are very pleasant. We will definitely come back here again to try other dishes of Georgian cuisine!
I recommend it to all lovers of Georgian cuisine, and those who want to try it for the first time!
It's a great place. The restaurant is quite fashionable and spacious, has two floors plus balconies above. Everything is beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, they will meet and escort you. The service is quite fast and attentive. The portions are huge, we had to take them with us, because we couldn't handle what we ordered. Everything is very tasty. The choice of dishes is large. The prices are surprisingly very affordable. I can safely recommend this institution.
The interior is very beautiful, clean and inexpensive. 4 floors. The main thing is very tasty! Khinkali for 1.5 lari, if not meat, then 5 pieces of 5 lari. Soup is a huge portion) the order is brought quite quickly if the time is before lunch, because after that you first need to stand in line on the street (as we understood, Georgians are allowed to go ahead), and then wait at least an hour inside the order. You still need to shout to the waiters to bring / take something away.
Above all praise. The food is fresh and delicious, the khinkali dough is thin, and there is plenty of broth. Meat is on the level. I recommend phali and eggplant with garlic. The staff is courteous. Three floors, all serviced on time. Just fine
A must-visit!!!
We had a vacation with my husband in September 2024 in Batumi. We had a great time at the Tavaduri restaurant. Very tasty cuisine, good service, huge portions. Khinkali 5+. We will be happy to come again. Keep in mind that in the evening (during the season) you will have to wait outside when a free table appears. But it's worth it ❤
We liked everything in this restaurant!
I recommend it to all tourists.
There is always a Russian-speaking staff.
Fast and attentive service.
We have tried almost all the national cuisine. Very tasty!
A check for two with alcohol is placed in 100 GEL.
The restaurant cooks great. Very tasty dishes. They even made a New Year's atmosphere, decorated everything with Christmas trees. In general, it's very cool for me, the restaurant deserves 6 stars.
A crackling restaurant! Everything is divinely delicious, the serving is very fast compared to the whole of Batumi! The service is excellent, the waiters are friendly and responsive! Waitress Kristina for 10 points! Thoroughly try the khachepuri on a skewer! It's a bomb! On day 4 in Batumi, this is the best place! Welcome to visit!
I am writing a review in the first person, although I leave reviews very rarely! Only in extreme cases is it either very good or very bad.
At first everything was great, the service was fast and the dishes arrived quickly.
Everything was fine until one moment.
We came with a group of 6 people.
I said the dishes first and called them "5 khinkali with mushrooms"
Then, when all the khinkali was brought there, there were no mushrooms there, but they brought all the meat ones.
I told the waiter that I only ordered MUSHROOM dishes because I don't eat meat.
To which the man replied , and I quote: "You ordered meat.
Although I didn't eat meat, the waiter started arguing with me and giving me an example of the fact that he had brought me a skewer of "chicken" before
Although chicken and meat: namely, beef and pork are the same thing, and he does not know "how we are there in terms of concepts"
And did not want to remove them from the general receipt, because allegedly they were already ready.
P.C. the waiter, when he accepted the order, did not even repeat the menu for clarification.
And this whole situation has completely ruined my opinion and the opinion of my friends about this institution.
I just had to pay for 5 khinkali with meat.
A restaurant with reasonable prices in the center of Batumi!
We decided to hold an extreme evening dinner in a popular place in Batumi, the only one where we found the famous "Mama Hinkal".
I met the restaurant with a queue at the entrance, in which we stood for 10-15 minutes, they put us on the balcony with a beautiful view.
The food is quite tasty, but there was a very long wait for the dishes to be served.
Instead of the promised 25-30 minutes, "Mama Hinkal" was brought in 75 minutes, which was very upsetting and spoiled the impression of the restaurant.
We liked it. The staff is very helpful. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant. We were in the evening, there was live music, someone was dancing. One of the disadvantages is the prices on the menu, which do not match the receipt.
The most delicious khinkali is here! This is a masterpiece of gastronomy)
Pleasant interior and staff.
I heartily recommend trying Mom Khinkali, Kebab, Khachapuri and homemade wine))
I liked the place, it was atmospheric. Shish kebab and kebab are fried on the street near the restaurant. We had a rest in Georgia, went for a walk around Batumi and, according to reviews, stopped in Tavaduri. The place is popular, I had to wait 15 minutes for the table to be free. The service is fast even with a full landing. The waiter speaks Russian, so there was no misunderstanding, they explained that the child needs the first, not the sharp one. The only thing I didn't like was the completely dry meat in ojahuri, the meat just wasn't chewed (returned to the kitchen. We ordered khinkali, they are for 5, Caesar is wonderful, chicken soup is delicious. We liked the Lyulyakebab, the child said it was rubber) still, the place is good, I recommend it! The point for Ojahuri cannot be removed))))
We visited the cafe and were left with mixed impressions.
The prices seemed above average, while the dishes did not meet expectations — perhaps they simply did not guess the choice.
The room was quite cold and dark, and not very cozy.
But I was pleased with the service — everything was brought quickly, and a blanket was provided upon request (although, unfortunately, it smelled unpleasant).
Overall, it's not a bad place, but I don't think we'll go back — we want a more comfortable atmosphere and delicious food for that kind of money.
The kitchen is on the 4th floor. But the service is lame from the word at all: the priority is on the local clientele, tourists are not interesting. We stood for a long time to sit down at the table - this is basically normal. But sitting for 30 minutes and waiting for the waiters to take the order is beyond the scope of customer orientation. Moreover, a table with local customers was served much faster, although the boarding was later than our table. It costs neither time nor money. There are much more interesting places
The only place in Batumi with decent service. There is no nationalism. The waiters are kind and attentive in everything. The girls are doing great. The girl Nino served us just great.
The place seemed a little dark, but when it's delicious, you don't pay attention to anything.
As they say, when it's delicious, then it's delicious. And most importantly, at reasonable prices.
I really liked the restaurant. The food and service are excellent. The kitchen is amazing. The waiters work quickly and smoothly. Special thanks to Nino. A large selection of high-quality wines. A pleasant place to return to. There are queues at the entrance for a reason. My recommendation!
An excellent Georgian restaurant where you can eat delicious national dishes. Khinkali is one of the most delicious that I have tasted in Georgia, very large and juicy. The staff is responsive, despite the language barrier, they did their best to understand and fulfill all wishes. It is very convenient that there is a smoking room on the second floor, it is not necessary to go down and go outside to smoke.
the most delicious restaurant in Batumi. large portions, inexpensive by the standards of Batumi Tbilisi. fast and good service (unfortunately, there are many problems with this). in general, I recommend it. The queue is not a hindrance, it speaks volumes. it is better to spend 10 minutes in the queue, checked)
I liked everything!
Even the queue in front of the restaurant)
Which is actually moving very fast.
Friendly girls hostesses arrange for everyone to be seated quickly.
Khinkali is delicious, the portions of salads are normal.
There is live music in the restaurant. The singers have good voices, it's nice to listen.
Interesting interior, comfortable atmosphere.
I want to go back there!
