There is no ice, no refrigerator, the bathroom is generally terrible, there is also nowhere to wash the fruits. When writing to WhatsApp, they do not answer, they hang up on the phone after each question, I had to call 5 times to clarify the nuances. If you want to relax comfortably here, take EVERYTHING with you.... But does it make sense then to go there for the sake of the table and the pool?)))

The other day they rented a house for 50,000 tenge + 3000 entrance for each person, then how do you get into the house that you have already rented for 50,000 tenge without paying for the entrance?? 🤔🤔 the pool is 3000 per person. The Internet in the house does not work, they say wi-fi is far from the house, turn on your Internet. It turns out that if you rent a house for 5 people, it turns out not 50,000 but 65,000 if you count the entrance!!! To order food, you need to run to the bar and order yourself, the waiter does not come to the house at all. The kitchen is bad, there was no assortment at all. We ordered pilaf from the city. We bought an ice cream portion for 1720 tenge for the child, it froze over, you eat ice cream with sand. The child ate 2-3 spoons and refused, for such money at least they gave the child a normal ice cream. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 IN GENERAL, WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE TRIP!!!! GREEN LAND is 10,000 times better and cheaper, the service is excellent, the staff is caring - they value their customers!!! I rented a house and walk around the territory quietly - FOR FREE!!!!
