You will not find a good and kind attitude here. Believe me, it's not worth it for such people to take part in the upbringing of your children.
I live in the house next door. The school grounds are open, free for passage. I passed by this place on a day off with a small dog (a friendly corgi, on a leash and in a muzzle, I always carry bags with me and put them away). A man came up to me and said that the owner did not like that someone could walk around here, and that I should get out.
The private area should be fenced at least. Apparently, the owner of the establishment is used to solving issues with rudeness, rather than observing basic safety rules and mutual respect.
Think about it and choose a better place for the child.
