A hotel for adults, its own access to the beach;) the food is varied and everything is always fresh. WiFi is excellent throughout the complex. Near the main street, where cafes, shops, karaoke are located.

A wonderful hotel with its own stars!!! The best beach in Cyprus, the staff is very attentive, the kitchen was super for a week, and then something broke🥺 meat became impossible to eat. Yes! Don't try to have lunch in the lobby bar!!! It totally sucks! One thing is bad, a huge new hotel has been erected nearby. After its launch, there will be nothing to do in Taska, the cove is simply too small for so many bathers. We've been there five times, the last one was in August 2021.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the sea, the contingent is mostly elderly Europeans.
Every evening there are entertainment programs, delicious and varied food, and apparently this pulls the hotel out. I was pleased with the daily cleaning of the room and the fact that I have never encountered a cleaner.
I consider a significant disadvantage to be a paid safe - 10€ and a paid refrigerator - 20€
But in general, everything is very good 👍

One of the disadvantages is the construction of a new hotel next to the hotel. It's noisy in the daytime. And if the windows overlook the sea, as we had, then the construction site is not visible😊

Like all responsible tourists, we read a lot of reviews about the proposed hotels before the trip. This hotel turned out to be the best. But in fact, there were nuances that left an unpleasant aftertaste, although there are not so many of them.
The hotel is in very good condition. Cozy rooms, new furniture, fresh renovation. Everything is very clean and tidy. External data for 5+. I would like to note that the 14+ hotel will greatly please those who are not used to or simply avoid holidays with children.

There was a new shift every day.
+Sometimes there was a Russian-speaking staff, but this does not always help if you encounter problems.
- Several times different people had to explain their problems to different people, and everyone promised to figure it out and help, but not a single problem was solved.

+ The rooms are all clean. New furniture. The comfort is created by a variety of lighting. There are many different drawers, shelves, cabinets. It's more than enough for two people.
+ There is a TV, several Russian channels. There is Wi-Fi in every room. Kettle, cups, tea and coffee. At breakfast, you can take a few tea bags with you if it seems insufficient to someone in the room. One bottle of water. But in the nearest store, you can buy a 5-liter one for less than euros. We were boiling tap water.
-- Our room had two single beds that were just pushed together. They were also made up separately. Although we had a request for one double bed. We asked to solve our problem, but it took so long and reluctantly to solve it that we made the beds ourselves as one, and we were glad.
- There are no shelves in the bathroom at all. Just a couple of hangers. Girls who like to arrange the necessary cosmetics for comfort will be indignant =)
----- A giant minus is sound insulation. It's something with something. We had an interesting number. Apparently, it is sometimes used as a family room: there was a door between our room and the next one. Of course, it was closed, but the audibility was doubled. You can fall asleep to the murmur of sounds in the toilet of neighboring rooms, wake up to the rustle of packages in the night or the knocking of the closet door. And in the morning, like a nightingale, someone's snoring chirps behind the wall. You don't know what sound the next day will surprise you with. I will call this the most important drawbacks, because because of this we did not get enough sleep, although we do not treat people with light sleep.

+Our room was not facing the sea and was on the 2nd floor. But the hotel is located in such a way that practically every room overlooks the seascape.
- Those few rooms (one room per floor) that overlook the construction site were unlucky. The construction site is the only disadvantage in the location of this hotel. But! We hardly noticed it, because the work is carried out during the day. And at this time we were either on a walk around the center, to neighboring cities, excursions. Being on the beach, you can hear the loud communication of builders, the rumble from the construction site, but personally we abstracted and did not even notice it.

Very small. But this is not a disadvantage for those who will always find something to do. There is a swimming pool outside with its own sun beds. In the description and in the reviews there was an early pool on the 1st floor, but at the time of our arrival it was not working. A big plus is that there is an exit from the hotel directly to the beach.

+++I would like to note that the location of the hotel is located on one of the best beaches in Ayia Napa. The best Nissi Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Sun beds on beaches are paid all over Cyprus. Bedspreads, straw sun beds can be bought at any store on the big streets of Ayia Napa. The nearest one is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The center can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. Bike rental is offered at every corner for 5-7 euros, car rental from 100 euros per day (the more days, the cheaper), ATVs, etc. There are many restaurants and cafes. But we ate only in hotels, which we were happy and happy about.

+ Breakfast. Every day there was a different variation of some of the dishes on duty. There were very few porridges. But there is always something to eat, even for the most fastidious. Of the drinks, there were different versions of coffee from the coffee machine, many types of tea bags and powdered juices. We were happy with the breakfasts.
+++Dinners
Every day there were all possible hot dishes: Fish, meat, poultry. There were always seafood on the tables. One soup option, but a variety of dessert options: cakes, puddings, jellies, ice cream, fruits, etc. It's just wonderful.
+ The service is wonderful. Everything is clean, dirty dishes are immediately removed after asking permission. Once we asked for wine glasses (there are none in the room), and they were kindly provided to us for the day.
- Drinks are paid, but the menu is not too expensive. Once they came with their thermocup, but we were immediately asked not to take it for dinner anymore.
------ If you have an early \ late check-out \ check-in, NO ONE WILL FEED YOU. After reading a lot of reviews about this hotel, many vacationers changed dinner for lunch. But such a service is no longer possible. Unfortunately, we have lost a whole day of food in terms of cost.
After making sure upon arrival that no one planned to feed us a late dinner (and we were late due to a flight delay of 2.5 hours), we decided to take care of breakfast, because we also left early - before the kitchen opened. We wanted to take food for dinner ourselves, or make some sandwiches, but we were warned that it was impossible to take food out of the restaurant. The restaurant's administrator (a very cheerful elderly man) convinced us that they would do everything possible so that we would not stay hungry.
In the morning we were given a thin piece of cake for each of us. It was the whole breakfast.
[Mobility.]
+On every corner there is a rental of just everything that is possible. But you can also take a ride around the cities on shuttle buses.
+The amusement park and the street of bars can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. You can get there by bus (No. 101). The fare is 1.5 euros. 5 euros for the whole day. After 21.00, the fare increases to 2.5 euros. Buses run until 23.00. You can also take buses to Protaras No. 101 (stops at the Sculpture Park, Cape Greco, the multi-stage church in Protaras, the final stop in Paralimni, where there is also something to see. A large water park can also be reached by bus (No. 102).
- A very expensive taxi.
In general, there are more positive impressions.
