A wonderful sanatorium, the interior of the sanatorium is made with great taste, the staff of the sanatorium is friendly, the procedures are varied, the rooms for vacationers are cozy, the food in the restaurant is varied and delicious according to the buffet principle, a wide variety of vegetables and fruits. Good afternoon!In December, we had a chance to visit the Tashtermal sanatorium. A very well-equipped, well-equipped sanatorium with a large list of procedures according to the package. We especially enjoyed such treatments as Onega, lymphatic drainage, mineral baths and, of course, massages. I would like to personally mention the very polite, loving medical staff from the offices: 2-5 Atabek Kurbanbayev, 1-15 Nafisa Mukhammadieva, 3-3 Zhansai Abdullayeva. Not knowing the language was no barrier to communicating with them and with everyone in general. The food is great and varied, but for people with a sparing diet, the choice is not very big. We visited the Tashtermal sanatorium on April 9th, and stayed for 8 days. A wonderful sanatorium. Spring! The territory is tidy and clean. Everything is blooming and fragrant. A pond with fish. Silence, peace. No noise of vacationers, no screeching of cars...... Booked a room in January, no problem. We were very kindly received at the reception. We received competent answers to all our questions..We paid for the stay at the cash desk of the sanatorium. According to the Caspi KZ card. There was no need to look for exchangers to exchange tenge for soums..... Our room was on the 3rd floor, the standard room. Spacious room, great soft bed. The room was cleaned every day. Bottled water, tea bags were constantly added. Towels and snow-white bed linen were changed. Very diligent girls on our floor!!!.....The staff of the medical building conquered with their attention and care. Doctors, med.nurses, nurses. Everyone deserves to be thanked. There are a sufficient number of procedures on the new equipment. A pool with warm water, a Jacuzzi, herbal tea, oxygen foam, a salt mine, various types of massage, therapeutic mud, paraffin therapy, water, underwater massage, etc. (many different procedures, taking into account diseases). For women, a cosmetologist, ... Tests, consultations with specialist doctors, ultrasound - everything is included in the price. There are no queues for procedures!!!! Everything is scheduled according to time! And it is strictly carried out. Well thought out, organized. Impressive!!!.... An interesting dinner on the outdoor terrace with live music, songs and dances. In the mornings, energetic aerobics was conducted with a nice instructor. I just didn't have time for other types of gymnastics..... On the weekend, a trip by two buses to Tashkent to Disneyland Park was organized... I liked the coffee break at the sanatorium with coffee, drinks and very tasty pies, ice cream....Phyto teas are varied, oxygen foam 2 times a day. Mineral water from the spring... The girl at the medical reception is competent and competent. The man is in his place!..... The restaurant deserves special attention. The buffet. Nowhere have we eaten so many vegetables and fruits as in this sanatorium. Of course, there were many different meat dishes, traditional cauldron pilaf, and culinary variety. Cocoa, compotes are beyond praise! But we were more impressed with vegetables and fruits (fresh, delicious)!!!... Unfortunately, there was a fly in the ointment - the so-called transit route from the border post to the sanatorium. The driver of the minibus was not driving, he was driving in violation of all the rules of the DD - speed limits. I crossed double solid roads, drove into the oncoming lane on the bridge, repeatedly narrowly avoided a collision; risky overtaking, turns. It's not surprising that I had a hypertensive crisis, with my low blood pressure. Our daughter died in an accident caused by the same unfortunate minibus driver. What else can I say!?... We took a taxi back to the sanatorium. We drove comfortably to the border... To summarize, it's an amazing sanatorium! If possible, we'll go again. I wanted to leave my review about the Tashthermal sanatorium, we are delighted! We rested for 8 days, we liked everything very much! Cleanliness everywhere, not a single speck of dust throughout the territory, a real oasis!
The staff is polite, the food is delicious, special thanks to Guzal opa (the head of the restaurant), who always greeted us with a smile, answered all our questions, cleanliness and order reigns in the restaurant under her clear guidance! Thanks to all the waiters (girls and boys) they will always help, they always smile!
The food is very tasty, a variety of dishes 3 times a day (special thanks to the chefs), fresh fruits and vegetables!
The treatment is also at the highest level, thank you very much
The pool is clean, everything is clean, the massage is great!
There is a children's play area inside the building and an outdoor playground (trampoline, swing, etc.)

In general, everything is not bad , there are shortcomings :
Kitchen - it is necessary to diversify a little, tkk is a frequent repetition , it is noticed that from yesterday's dishes for today, breakfast is served, and lunch is UNINTERESTING , MONOTONOUS + keep the temperature of cold and hot food.
Medicine for 3 no more !
Also, according to the medical staff, they took an analysis from a vein, to this day they have hematomas, they asked the senior doctor, he says this is normal))
They are treated with less involvement, they took tests upon arrival and did not even tell the results.
The chief doctor is rude.
The staff at the reception is also a bit imposing about their work.
Security, it would be great to have a 24-hour guard around the perimeter, not at the gate.
We are writing a review so that we do not slow down and keep the bar.

The last day of your stay at the sanatorium has come and it's time to write a review.
1. And the first thing I want to say is the staff. Entering each office, you meet a smile and a pleasant voice. Everything is very calm.
Special thanks to the masseuses, especially Muyassar. So gentle at first glance, but with such strong hands. A Ghoul wraps everyone in paraffin, like a mother. Cool girls Aigerem and Oisha are at the baths: they are always cheerful and positive. Khurshida is so calm during electrophoresis that you feel very comfortable during the procedure. I also liked the Hi-Top procedure. I don't know what effect it has, but the best thing is that it's dark, quiet, and you fall asleep. And the nurse is always friendly.
Special thanks to the Cosmetologist and her girls. They're just magicians!
And Bigzot at the reception always helped and guided.
The doctor Abdurakhmanov A. H. advised and always helped in all matters.
2. What else should I note is the equipment. Everything is new and clean

And always. There are so many coniferous plants there, as if you are in a small forest. Workers take care of them like bees every day. There is such order and cleanliness on the territory, you won't even see a leaf.

I didn't find any disadvantages.
If there is only one half-point: there are no offers of any excursions, and it is difficult to go to the city on your own, even by taxi. I think many people would love to use such a service.
