The Soviet Union is inside! Excellent architecture, it is strange that it is guarded by people with machine guns, here you can register a phone and receive a parcel from Aliexpress
Rude staff, when asked why I can't register 2 email codes on my passport (not a resident, I have 2 phones)- the answer is "not allowed!". Just without any explanation. First you need to stand in line, so that you don't have to hear it later.
Hello everyone)) I haven't been able to find my mail for the second month! They send it to the site everywhere Pochta.uz but my parcels have not been registered so far...
The mail in Alai stupidly does not answer the phone
What to do?
The package was not for a small amount...
The pride of our country, the national post office, will soon complete the implementation of a modern postal management system. Productivity, tracking of shipments and much more will be improved. Good luck to our mail!
The queues are hellish, half an hour for IEMI registration. The cost of the slot is 60,000+ 1,500 commission. You can register one phone and a maximum of 2 slots for one passport. Registration of a SIM card on your passport is mandatory. And take a pen with you
I mostly receive my parcels there. every time they call and say that a parcel has arrived, etc. (in my opinion, the only one +, so I put 4) but employees should learn how to communicate with customers and be more polite. they sometimes talk as if customers are preventing them from doing their job when they should be serving them. almost everyone does not know Russian, which is of course very sad. just to ask something, you have to wait for 10 minutes or even more.
beautiful building, clean and cozy. There is a fountain in the middle of the hall. The service is affordable and fast enough. Although our problem has not been solved, it is not the fault of the employees.
One of those places that causes a deeply depressing state. On occasion, I had to visit the Main Post Office today. Nothing has changed there, I think, over the past few decades: it smells of state institutions of the Soviet Union - old faded granite on the floor and walls, old wooden window sills at the windows of ticket offices, a lot of open useless space, i.e. everything that characterized the "institutions" of such a plan. Yes, of course, this is a very good (for its time), good-quality and one can say eternal finish; but still it carries the spirit of those not very pleasant times and certainly does not fit into modern life in any way.
There are almost no queues. Postcards are sold separately, philately separately, which is very convenient.
They understand Russian, which is also good.
