Hell, inferno, a bunch of bureaucrats and illogicality. There is simply no place to put the car, cars are not allowed when tourists meet. I have to carry my luggage through the districts. I think it's easier to walk to the hotel than to order a transfer from the train station. Taxi drivers are a different story. No one controls them, perhaps the guardians of the law are their relatives. Since they almost tear the luggage out of their hands, well, the prices are $ 10 per 100 meters. Everything is so cool.
