As a frequent visitor to such places, I can say with knowledge. Overall, everything is fine. The platforms are clean. There are many ticket offices. Practically no queues. Parking lots too. The location is convenient. But there is an unresolved issue with queues at train station checkpoints during rush hours. There is no information board in the station building!!!

Inconvenient for drivers disembarking passengers. There is no large information board with information about tracks and trains inside. It's a very uncomfortable, narrow exit tunnel. Getting off the 2,3,4 tracks of trains onto urban transport is inconvenient, you have to go to the beginning or end of the train. There's a lot to work on. We need to invite a designer to make the interior welcoming and bright. Especially at the entrance.

There are two railway stations in the city - I don't know exactly, but we have heard such names from local residents: North Station and South Station.
I'm writing about the north.
I liked it, the only possible moment is that when a large number of people leave at once, then wait, the waiting room is small. Someone has to be on the street .
The room is beautiful, the entrance group, a cafe with coffee and various products for food, there is a paid waiting room - such an island of peace and relaxation, and at night, when it is still raining, this is especially what helped us a lot waiting for 5 hours between transfers.
The ticket office is located in the next building, nearby.
