And there is no way to solve the issue remotely, you definitely need to go during business hours, take time off from work, stand in traffic jams, and then queue. In 2023... nothing can be solved over the phone ... They discourage any desire to shop online from Uzbek cards and thereby be serviced in Uzbek banks and pay taxes, and work, and live in general. When faced with such a backward service on a daily basis, you just want to dump to a place where state structures do not care about people and forget like a bad dream.
