On the plus side: cozy.
Of the cons: it's hot, the waiters don't come up for a very long time, dirty plates are not removed from the table, it smells like a cheap canteen, the food looks and tastes poor.
I ordered sushi and salad, Caesar was drowned in mayonnaise, and a very strange and unpleasant smell came from the fish in Philadelphia. 11% of the service was included in the bill, and then I didn't understand the joke. For what? For the tasteless food and stuffiness in the room? A long menu and a dirty table? But the "respected" manager, who was not at the workplace and dropped the call when he came to the hall, justified it this way: "well, you're sitting here. The dishes were brought to you, it was cooked" Class, thanks to the sushi man, who also took his phone in his hands with gloves in which he cooked the dish, still wearing these gloves. I have not found anywhere in the law that I am obliged to pay these percentages, but I have never seen this so aggressively and boldly to prove the opposite, as the manager did.
I was more confused that the concerned guests approached the waiter right at my table and began to figure out what was going on, kamon. It's better to pay more and it's desirable to leave a tip, but definitely not here.

I'm waiting, I decided to roll out a review out of boredom. The waiters do not fit, and there is no other restaurant in the area (there is some kind of luxury, but I did not get there and decided here). Yes, sadness...I also recently poisoned myself with sausages from Yerevan City...so that's what real Armenia is like.."in fact,"as Armenians like to say)
PS. 8 minutes after writing, the waiter came up with a smile and accepted the order (the smile is probably because he understands the situation)...I continue to sit.

Pizza Caesar was without arugula, because there is none. When the order was refused, arugula was found, but in an extremely sad state. The dressing in Caesar salad is very greasy.

Tashir is very good, there are delicious and inexpensive soups, pizza, inexpensive main dishes. But it is at this point among the waiters, as if there is an unspoken rule to treat visitors badly. It's a bit insulting. You can sit for half an hour, and they will not intentionally bring you a menu, they may not add salt to the soup. When you come here, you feel like a second-class person.

The most complete institution in the city. It says at the entrance that they work from 10:00 to 24:00. In fact, they open at 10:15 and close at 23:30. Today, there is no sign with opening hours at the entrance, they said that they are now working from 11:00. Everything is always done through one place. I do not recommend it
