the worst service in all Armenia. I asked the waitress to clean the table in order to take it . But they didn’t even do it in 30+ minutes and we had to take another table. They didn’t even bring us the menu I had to go to reception to take it by myself. Everything was dirty, the tables the walls the floor

Terrible service. You order pasta with shrimp, after 15 minutes they come up and say that there are no shrimp. If you want to put the phone on charge, they do not have an outlet, they also refuse you at the counter saying that their phones are charging there. I can't communicate with clients. We had children with us who had small bottles of water in their hands and you know they have a problem, if you want to drink water, you have to leave the pizzeria to drink on the street, and then go in. But! After 5 minutes, they suddenly found tea! Bingo after 40 minutes, tea and cakes were brought to us!!

It's a beautiful place. Local residents come here on weekends with their families. Small children, adult parents, a bit of a homely atmosphere. One of the few places where you can have a great meal, and the first, and the side dish and chicken and pizza. I've been to the pizzeria three times, at different times of the year, waiting for an order for at least 30 minutes. Waiters are running around the place. Today I was disappointed, the sofa is soft, but dirty, stained and with different colors, we ordered black tea, brought black with thyme, of course it's delicious, we love it...But still.

I want to express my opinion about the terrible service in this institution. They came with a group of friends, sat down in a hall with pay tables and waited for their order for about an hour, watching as everyone else, including those who came later, had already brought dishes to people. As a result, we did not wait for several dishes, and in addition to taking into account the "VIP" table, there is a percentage for service in the amount of 1200 AMD. Unfortunately, it was not possible to dispute this - the waiter referred to the work of the kitchen and other ridiculous formalities.
Only bad impressions, I definitely do not recommend visiting

It's a disgusting place. They serve for a long time and incorrectly, there were many cases when we came and could not catch the waiter for 20 minutes (as a result, we just left hungry). At times when we were served, we did it wrong, they take out dishes when they are ready and don't care what one person will eat, and the other will look at him and lick his lips. Today there was a case when we decided to order food for pickup, through their website (spoiler alert - it would be better not to do this). I came to pick up the order at the specified time, the institution told me that they were not aware of the order at all and offered to make a new one. Then why do I need a website? Unclear.
I am silent about the quality of the food, the pizza is disgusting, the sausage is cheap, the burgers are dry and tasteless.

I've been there twice. The second time I waited for food for 30 minutes, the waiter did not bring the menu, did not accept the order. The pizza is terrible: dry, burnt. It's like being pulled out of the freezer and overheated. We didn't get any pleasure from the meal, we ate to beat off the cost of the order.
I do not recommend visiting this place: there is a Zoren nearby, where the pizza and service are much better, at a comparable price.

The menu is all stripped, from which the pages fly out, the dishes are old, already blackened, I asked if you make coffee yourself or brew it ready, they said it themselves, but they brought it as if coffee from a bag of boiling water, not cappuccino. It is not clear what the money earned in this institution is used for if the guest's service is at such a low level. This is really the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. And even the cheap ketchup in a plastic bottle, which was served to her, did not save her. The pizza was burnt, dry and rubbery at the same time.
And the cherry on the cake turned out that they have a VIP lounge, for which you need to pay extra, but which is not marked at all. I just walked through, sat down at the table, and then I got an additional position in the receipt for a VIP seat. Of course, the waiters did not warn, there was no sign.
I have eaten in almost all the surrounding cafes and restaurants and I can say that it is definitely not worth going here, save your stomach and wallet)

I came in today, sat at a dirty table for 15 minutes, watching the loafer at the counter stubbornly turning away from me. Then a local family sat down next to them - they were served instantly. We came up and accepted the order. They even bothered to wipe the table in 15 minutes. I took the menu from the next table myself.

The worst Tashir I've been in Armenia.
They can't cook at all. Pizzas are on a beggar's level. I took it out of the freezer cleanly, warmed it up and served it on the table. If you order coffee, you will be served tasteless coffee, practically water and not coffee. Fried potatoes were ordered, and we were served raw potatoes. It's a nightmare in winter, it's so cold in winter that you'll be sitting in jackets and hats, because they don't heat you. In short, a complete nightmare. And this is in Holy Etchmiadzin. Where there are a lot of tourists. In short, I do not recommend it. A clean dining room for a beggar. I hope I won't offend anyone, but you guys need to work hard, not squeeze money..
