The service is disgusting, they wanted to combine the tables so that we could fit, they told us not to, they wanted to sit at a table for 4, although 6 of us were also outraged and proved to us that we would not fit, although we just wanted to eat ice cream with our company, then other visitors came and sat at the same table at 5, it's just trash, all the waiters they talk rudely, even the owner of this place communicates with visitors in the same way. They are rude, as if we owe them something, and they should not serve us, only one young waiter was there, all the others yelled at us and were indignant. We felt that we were not residents of Armenia, but the newcomers began to behave even worse with us.

The service is just at the bottom. As soon as we entered, the waitresses made it clear that we were not welcome here. They demonstratively passed by, pretended not to see that we were pulling our hand and beckoning. After we came up by ourselves, our order was taken right at the waiter's counter. The food was at the level of the Soviet canteen and even lower. Lemonade is syrup with tap water, khachapuri is dough with butter. There was exactly zero cheese. the yolks were already with a solid, dry crust for many hours. Pasta - macaroni with cheese druzhba for 3 kopecks. I'm already silent about the fact that all the guests have different appliances and plates, it doesn't matter. After we asked for the bill, we waited 10 minutes for our waitress to laugh with her colleagues. As a result, they themselves took the envelope with the check and payment back to them and WAITED another 10 MINUTES FOR THE CHANGE. For all this, the noble restaurateur took 500 AMD tips, which are included in the bill by default. We were very sorry that we decided to stay here for more than a minute, we ruined the mood

Terribly… I ordered a self-service. Pizza Caprese and Pepperoni. It feels like the pizza was made in the morning, and I picked it up in the afternoon. The whole pizza was absolutely solid, and there was no pesto sauce in the Caprese. And the cook works without gloves.

Lack of service
I ordered half a pizza, I thought I'd have a quick snack now and go on about my business, the result:
I waited for my unfortunate three pieces for about 30-40 minutes, after the waiter serving my table accepted the order, he took off his apron and went somewhere. While waiting for the order, I was already specifically hungry and decided to check with the cashier what happened to the order. I'm coming over to find out. Everyone is looking at each other and no one understands where the order is. In the end, it turned out that my order had been ready for a long time and had already cooled down at the checkout, the waiter simply did not bring it to me. And as for pizza, it's certainly interesting, the pizza on the menu is signed as "on thick dough", but in fact, only the sides of this pizza are thick, the pizza itself is so thin that it seemed that it would break under the pressure of ham and cheese when I lift it to take a bite. I won't come back.

The place is so-so. We have not heard about the order of submission. The salad was brought first, the soup last. The staff is sleepy and sad. The waiter feels forced to work for free and seven days a week. The admin of the campaign generally decides the scarf.
On food: the soup with mushrooms and olivier were very tasty, the fusiliers are a bit harsh in places (which means they were warmed up). But on the whole it's delicious. Everyone writes that the service is long. It looks like we were lucky today, everything was brought in 25 minutes.

It's the worst place I've ever visited!!!!!! The service is at zero! We were sitting with our family on the veranda, it started to rain, the waiter complained that now it was OUR fault he would have to get wet. Where has this ever been seen?!Dissatisfied, he gave the plate with the dish into his hands with the words this is YOURS, They refused to transfer it inside, allegedly they took the order and can no longer change the table! The waiters are behaving outrageously, I'm specifically talking about the guys who serve on the veranda. No respect for the client. There is no culture. When asked to take the pizza with them, they received the answer "I'm without gloves", they had to pack everything themselves. Not an institution, but some kind of misunderstanding. Avoid it!
