Interior, cafe design, service at the highest level. But if they cook at this level too, it would be just perfect. Cooks are weak, kebabs are also so-so. Prices are slightly above average.
Excellent kebabs, first and second courses are also on the level, pleasant prices. I often drop by.
UPD: 03/14/2013 The place has deteriorated. Pilaf, from perhaps the best in the area, has become the worst - something between pilaf and shawl. There is much less meat, and even then, everything is in the veins.
