And they started walking even more often)) but then one day the discount was removed, they didn't even explain, and after that our trips ended. A good example of how you can lose loyal customers.

Being on a business trip after work, we went to this institution on the recommendation of colleagues. We sat down at a table. The waiters are not suitable. I had to call. They say click on the button. They barely asked for the menu. Then we waited another 15 minutes for the order to be accepted. They pressed the button several times. No reaction. After accepting the order, the dishes were quickly brought. The portions are good, the food is delicious, the bauyrsaks are fresh and hot. There are no comments on the kitchen. The sluggishness of the waiters was explained by a shortage of staff. Only this moment spoiled the impression of the visit.
