The interior is very beautiful, we were taken by rickshaw, straight from the zoo. Everything is done with taste, very colorful, a pleasant place, like in an oriental fairy tale. The menu is gorgeous, the chefs are trying their best.Everything is very tasty. I would also like to note that everything is clean.
The only thing that spoiled the impression was the administrators. They walk with dissatisfied faces, they respond very arrogantly, there are many of them, but the work of the waiters is not well established, the waiters rush around with tired faces, although there are not many visitors. It's still the fault of the administrators. It is clear that they invest in the institution, but such employees spoil everything.
It's delicious, the dishes are prepared quickly, and the portions are large. Most importantly, it is not expensive. The interior is very beautiful, the staff is polite. The most interesting thing is that you can get from the zoo to the cafe for free by bicycle.
Nice veranda, separate trestle beds downstairs. The food is mostly good. But the following incident happened to us: they came with a group of children. Everyone takes turns making orders, and everyone chooses something of their own. The son (child) asks for a beshparmak. Next, food is brought to everyone quickly, it takes him a very long time to carry his besh. And then - tadam! They bring a huge dish of besh to the company for 19 thousand tenge. It turns out that we did not look at the menu, that there is no portioned besh, but there is only such a dish. On the one hand, it's their own fault, on the other hand, the waiter who takes the order might have guessed that the child would not order a dish for everyone and they need to clarify with the parents whether they really need such an order. But apparently the main thing for the waiter is to tip more, he doesn't care about the rest. And the most annoying thing is that Besh was not the best.
