Nice place and ambience but nobody speaks english for tourists

We visited this place on the recommendation of friends - they said that it has the most delicious barbecue in the city, excellent service, fast food and generally a very pleasant place for a family dinner. As a result, half of the positions were on the stop, the kebab was brought cold (as if it had been heated in the microwave a couple of minutes before serving) and salted (so much so that it could not be eaten), the waiters moved like turtles or snails, not noticing dirty plates, hungry eyes of visitors, ignoring requests to come and take the order. 1 point for wines (how to spoil them) and 1 for beer (thank you for having at least one beer from all those listed on the menu).

I stopped at a nearby hotel and decided to have a snack at a Korean restaurant nearby and it 's good that I couldn't do it there ( no one met me ) ..that's how I got to Tarhun, also next to the hotel, and thus I was impressed, very impressed :
1) nice girls met us kindly
2)The atmosphere is pleasant too
3) everything is clean and beautiful
4) the dishes are very tasty
5) wonderful homemade wine
6) the portions are huge, I barely finished the soup and there was still a special dish waiting for me)
In general, I recommend it!

And the owner of the establishment is always present in the hall and looks at the faces of those who are already going home. If people leave happy, then he's probably happy too. I like to take out khachapuri in Megrelian, It's cool in the halls, beautiful decoration, there are very pleasant impressions!

A wonderful place! Diverse and naive cuisine. Friendly and courteous staff. Affordable prices. Our family's favorite restaurant. We are always happy to stop by to eat, we often order home. Our most favorite dishes are: Kazakh-style meat, manti, hot salad with eggplant.but everything is delicious!!!!!!! My highest recommendations!!! I strongly advise you, you will not regret it:)

A great place for a casual or festive meeting. Absolutely everything that we managed to taste in 3 evenings is delicious. Manti with pumpkin and meat, lamb kebab, kazy, salads. Kind and attentive staff. Khychin with herbs and cheese, lamb on the bone was very pleasant. For shishkebab, only a small portion, but also very tasty

I ordered Tarhun branded lemonade for one glass and waited again for 15 minutes. The place is beautiful inside, but this service sucks. And 1,500 tenge is too much for a glass of lemonade, maybe ice has gone up in price or mint? Maybe my T-shirts, T-shirts and blingers confused them? Then they probably meet you there by your clothes, come in an expensive tuxedo and then they will probably serve you right away.
