The portions are huge. The meat is delicious and tender. When I come to Shymkent, I definitely visit the Tarkhan cafe. The establishment is located in the courtyard of a private house and is popular among local residents. Recommended by friends from Shymkent.

The barbecue is good, in principle, the whole national cuisine is not bad. Classic salads of European cuisine in the "original" variation of the chefs, The star was removed for the service staff, in my opinion, a biased attitude towards the female sex under 50. At first you underestimate, but when they come, they condescendingly smack everything that they brought to the table. I did not notice such manipulations for the male sex. You can quickly run in for a snack, the summer garden is excellent. But the service discouraged any desire for long gatherings.

The most delicious barbecue in Shymkent!!! It's always crowded. Friendly staff. There is a pilot. You can celebrate holidays with companies, there are separate booths for different numbers of people. A cozy courtyard.
