We visited the Tanuki restaurant in Astana for dinner with our family and were satisfied. The atmosphere is pleasant, the interior is modern with elements of Japanese aesthetics, ideal for family holidays.
The service was attentive, the waiters were friendly, the food was fresh and delicious: the rolls were cooked neatly, the soups were well balanced in taste. I especially liked the signature dishes — it is clear that the cuisine pays attention to the quality of the ingredients.
The prices are reasonable and correspond to the level of the establishment. This place has left a good impression, and we will be happy to return here with the whole family.

I recently visited Tanuki and was very pleased. The atmosphere is cozy, the pleasant Japanese–style interior, unobtrusive music - everything makes for a comfortable evening.
The main discovery is Tom-kha! This soup was simply delicious: rich coconut broth with a pleasant lime sourness, lemongrass flavor and tender chicken pieces. The balance of flavors is perfect, and the portion is large enough to overeat.
I was pleased with the service: the waiters are attentive, orders are delivered quickly, and they give recommendations.

I recently visited this wonderful Japanese restaurant on Turan 39a and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, the staff is very friendly and attentive. I ordered sushi and sashimi – everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. I especially liked the salmon and avocado roll – it's incredibly delicious! It is also worth noting the variety of hot dishes, such as ramen, which were simply amazing. In general, it is a great restaurant for lovers of Japanese cuisine. I will definitely come back again!

We recently visited this restaurant, and I'm still impressed! I'll start with the atmosphere: a cozy interior, pleasant lighting, unobtrusive music — everything is conducive to a comfortable stay. A great place for both friendly meetings and romantic dinners.
The service is top-notch. The waiters are attentive, respond quickly to requests, are well versed in the menu and can recommend something to your taste. I was very pleased that the food was served promptly, but there was no sense of haste — all the dishes were prepared fresh, without fuss.
Now the most important thing is food. The sushi and rolls are simply delicious! The fish is the freshest, the ingredients are perfectly combined, and the portions are generous. I especially liked the eel rolls and the chef's signature rolls — the taste is simply divine! The sauces are served separately, and the wasabi and ginger are also excellent quality. I was also pleased with the choice of other dishes — soups, snacks, wok noodles, all at a high level.
As for the prices, they are absolutely justified by the quality. It's not a budget place, but it's not exorbitant either. The price is more than adequate for such service and freshness of products.
In general, the restaurant exceeded expectations. I definitely recommend it to anyone who appreciates real Japanese tastes and a high level of service. I will definitely come back here again!

We recently visited this restaurant and were delighted. First of all, I would like to mention the service — our waiter, Yersultan (Turan Street), was very attentive and friendly, helped with the selection and recommended several dishes that turned out to be really tasty. I especially liked sushi “Arigato” and “Cheddar” — interesting combinations of flavors, fresh ingredients and beautiful serving.
We also tried currant tea, which was fragrant, rich, and complemented the dinner perfectly. The restaurant itself is cozy, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. I want to stay longer here and definitely come back again!

I visited the Tanuki sushi bar today and was very satisfied. The interior is cozy, the staff is polite and attentive. The sushi and rolls are fresh, the portions are generous, and the food is served at the highest level. I especially liked the Philadelphia rolls and specialty tea.
