We went to Tanuki for lunch on February 14th and were absolutely delighted! We were greeted with a friendly welcome at the entrance, which immediately created a pleasant impression. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, and the service is courteous and unobtrusive.
We ordered soup, second course, and rolls–everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully served. A great place for a pleasant lunch or dinner. We will definitely come back!❤

Very pleasant environment! It's great to take a walk along Terencourt and come here for a delicious meal, drink tea (we tried Tashkent👍) and soups and rolls proved themselves. The service is prompt and courteous. We recommend it!

We visited the Tanuki restaurant and, unfortunately, were disappointed.
Service:
The service leaves much to be desired. There were clearly not enough waiters, although the hall was only half full. They don't take the initiative, you have to literally look for them, wave your hands to attract attention. We waited for the waiter for about 10-15 minutes, then we also waited a long time for the bill.
She asked me to pack the remaining rolls with soy sauce. In the end, the sauce was not put in, I had to contact the manager. I was also surprised that the waiter simply gave the order in a regular package, but the manager provided a branded package. This is a strange moment for a restaurant of this level, because packaging is also part of the service.
Meal:
We ordered Philadelphia rolls – they turned out to be dry, there were few fish, and the rice was also overdried. The Tom Yam that my friend ordered was disappointing – the portion is small, there is almost no filling (literally one scallop, three pieces of squid and two shrimps). In addition, the ceramic spoon is extremely uncomfortable – it is too deep.
The concept of the institution:
There is a feeling that the restaurant has not fully decided on its concept. On the one hand, there is a children's room, like in family establishments, but at the same time, people smoke hookahs and icos at neighboring tables, which causes an unpleasant smell, especially when you just came to eat delicious food. The website and menu do not indicate anywhere that the establishment has hookahs, which may be an unpleasant surprise for guests who are not ready for such a neighborhood.
Overall, the impression is unpleasant: the low level of service, mediocre cuisine and a vague concept of the establishment. They expected more for such prices.
