The staff here deserves a special mention. The guys are very friendly, attentive and professional. They are always ready to help with the choice of hookah or drinks, tell you about the peculiarities of tastes and even offer something new if you want to experiment. It is felt that they sincerely care that every guest is satisfied.
In addition, Tangiers Lounge is a place where it is not a shame to invite friends. Everyone I brought here was delighted. The convenient location, high level of service and friendly and friendly staff make it an ideal choice for an evening break.

Hookah: only here they did exactly what they asked for, what they liked, what they liked. The coals are changed regularly, the taste lasts a long time.
Kitchen: took a steak, made on the level. The side dish is unusual, but it fits the meat perfectly (to my taste) like a sweet and sour sauce.
Bar: longs are on the level, maybe you can even make them a little lighter, but the alcohol is definitely not diluted)
Tea is a great choice, there is plenty to choose from.
The only place in Minsk that we managed to visit, where you can immediately eat, drink and smoke at a decent level.

I have been a fan of tangiers tobacco for a long time, and since I came to a friend's house for the weekend and decided to go to a hookah bar, I chose this place. I've seen photos on the Internet before, but believe me, live is something. On the first day, we stayed closer to the hookah station and this is a big plus, I was able to check out the variety of tobacco presented. Master Moad worked with us, mixes well, understands what he works with. Naturally, in the tangiers lounge you need to start with tangier) We took a Cane Mint on a fan, drifted, took white tea and non-alcoholic cocktails (very tasty) with it. The second bowl was asked for some kind of gastronomy, but not aggressive, so as not to scare away the guests) Moad offered us a great option. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to check out the kitchen that evening, so it was decided to return the next day.
They came, took DEUS - OUD FOR HAPPINESS, brought it to us on a very beautiful hookah decorated with Swarovski stones, and also decided to take Sheng Puer to this taste, for, so to speak, the effect of cascading smoking. In total, we smoked 4 bowls during 2 visits, and everything was top. The atmosphere, the interior, the music, it's just a dump of the head. I don't want to leave there in any way. And really, I didn't want to. Today I seem to be writing this review with a cold head, but so far I have finished writing to this point, I understand that I am overwhelmed with emotions again. I don't know how I'm going to smoke hookah at home after that) Thank you so much to all the staff for the emotions presented, we will definitely come to you the next time I'm in Minsk!

I recommend Ale (a red-haired girl with tattoos), she just works wonders. You can even take it easy and ask her to make a "Surprise", but at least tell me the restrictions (tastes that you don't like).

Nice lounge, beautiful and expensive interior.
Of the dishes, we tried only desserts, which were generally good.
The alcoholic cocktail was delicious, and the lemonade did not disappoint either.
I liked the hookah, they made it as strong as they asked for.
The only surprise was that the first time the coals began to be changed after an hour, when they were about to leave.
The coals had burned out during this time, and the hookah man did not come up during this hour to at least clarify the condition of the hookah.

MUSIC: the volume was high, which created inconvenience - I had to speak very loudly, half of what other guests were talking about could not be heard, the pop style was an unfortunate choice, because the hookah bar, first of all, is a place of rest and relaxation, which implies the style - lounge, new age ;
HOOKAH: an associative taste was ordered - "Moscow Sunset (that is, when you smoke, you want to feel exactly this), the hookah maker was warned that an associative taste was needed, the hookah maker confirmed that he was ready to recreate this taste, the strength is average, the result of the hookah evaluation is from 1 to 10 points:
- recreating the taste of "Moscow Sunset" by 3 points (the hookah maker could not explain the choice of ingredients to recreate the ordered taste);
- if you evaluate the taste of the hookah as a whole - 7 points.
DRINKS: lemonade drink was ordered - good taste;
meal:
- Pasta Carbonara is one of the smallest portions I've ever eaten;
- Roast beef salad is excellent, unusual slicing, a good combination of dressings;
- Citrus chicken tastes great, the creamy sauce went well together.

Waiter Alexandra and receptionist Pavel deserve special attention. We visited the establishments , but unfortunately there were questions about the cuisine (the ordered dishes were not to my taste and were not very well prepared) but the staff of the restaurant were very attentive, listened to our opinion , offered to replace the dishes with other dishes, and not one of the dishes that we did not like was included in the bill, which unfortunately is not found in every restaurant . This place is definitely not five stars, I didn't like a lot of things. The person is sad, the waiter walks reluctantly and for a very long time. The kitchen is mediocre, the salad seemed to be made of musty vegetables, and not fresh meat. I didn't like it at all. The hoses for hookahs and flasks are very worn, worn and old.
The table is sticky, my hands were constantly sticking, which made me feel like the hall was not cleaned. The taste of the blade was not bad, but the replacement of coal is very rare. I didn't like it here.

I would like to express my great gratitude to this institution and its staff for their high-quality work and special attitude towards the guests of Tangers. I'll start with the atmosphere, very unusual, dim lights, comfortable sofas and of course a cozy atmosphere. Special thanks to hookah master Moad, he is a professional in his field and a very positive person, remembers his guests, which is very pleasant! It is not the first time we come to this institution and we are always greeted with a smile, a large selection of hookah flavors, they can replace the hookah if they do not like it in the first 15 minutes (I was surprised when I was offered such a replacement). There is also a selection of hot dishes, snacks, and cocktails from the menu. We took pear tea and hookah with pear flavor, a great combination. And what I want to note in particular is that this is the BEST hookah restaurant. I have never seen such a saturated and at the same time easy-to-inhale hookah anywhere, smoking for a long time (good smoke for more than an hour of constant smoking), coals are constantly changing. I put a huge 5+, I wish all the staff and managers further growth and more satisfied visitors!

Everything is bad. A pretentious institution, which in fact does not represent anything special. Let's start with food, not all positions will be available, although you may be lucky. Beer may also not be available, which is on the menu. There is nothing special on the table in the booklet and there are only 6-7 cocktails with a beautiful description. You need to look at the menu on the website, it's funny that the phone crashed before that and it worked mediocre. The menu was loaded as if, 15 years ago, a dialab was held, there was not enough characteristic sound.
You're waiting for a glass of beer, as if it's being delivered by caravan from Germany on camels. The food is the same, perhaps of course the sandwiches were prepared by Gordon Ramsay and they were delivered by plane, but it took about an hour to wait. And in general, the staff perceives the work as not a job, but as a chill time. You can stand in a bunch to chat, and the customers will wait, it's okay. You need to show a couple of jokes from tiktok to your colleagues on your phone.

Awful. We visited the establishment on 29.12 at about 23:30. It was bad from beginning to end. There was no administrator at the entrance. They stood in their outerwear and looked for at least some staff. We ordered hookah, food and tea. I didn't like anything. The hookah, it should be noted, was made quickly. BUT: the request for hookah was made clearly. One of the requests is not to add a mix of red berries. The hookah master added it, calling them sour, not red. 😂 Tea is something tasteless on the frozen berries. Carbonara 🤢. One of the most tasteless in my life. The pasta itself was not cooked (it was just flour on the teeth) and was very salty. The waiter insisted that everything was OK and it was because of the bacon. I do not dispute that if you add salt to salted bacon, it will become too much, and all this could be attributed to fastidiousness, if 2 out of 3 people did not feel sick to their stomachs after eating it. There was no desire to stay there for more than an hour. And the icing on the cake was the receptionist, who did not respond to her calls and spoke on the phone. Just like an hour ago, three guests were standing at the reception desk, only now with the question: "when will we receive the attention of an employee who should immediately respond to us?"
They were here for the first time yesterday. And definitely for the last time. Those who wrote in the reviews that there are no more places with food, bar and hookah in Minsk did not search well. There are many places that are definitely better than this one)

I have visited many hookah bars in Minsk and I can say that this place is the best. It is not located in the most picturesque place, the area looks like an industrial zone. Questions about food, let's start with the fact that they carried it for a long time. We ordered burgers, both with chicken and beef. None of the burgers are delicious. The bun is maximum dry, there is nothing to cutlets about, cheese is an ordinary plate (square), bonalschina sauces are ketchup. I do not recommend taking it, it is not worth the money. Also one of the disadvantages is loud music, which made it necessary to strain and speak louder. On the positive side: a beautiful terrace and a good hookah.

We were celebrating a friend's birthday.
At a later time, there was a place for 7 people, which is a big plus. That's all of the good stuff.
The ordered tom yam soup tastes like water with tomatoes and pieces of tasteless mushrooms. Rice was served undercooked to tom yam. This dish is not worth the money.
There are big doubts about the CHERRY strudel, because there is not even a hint of cherry in taste, but the taste of a grated apple that has been baked is clearly felt.
I liked the Philadelphia cheese ice cream - it got two stars instead of one.
Hookahs are not bad. The place is quite stuffy and smoky.

Hookah: taking into account all the wishes, it is just wonderful. Hookah master hears visitors and knows what he is doing. A pleasant and good person, a professional. Everything is fast and without delay.
Interior: from gatherings to meetings, from others to corporate parties - everything will be harmonious for any event.
Overall, a very pleasant impression, a good sediment of cognac and aftertaste of tobacco. One of the best places to relax and spend time in Minsk.

I want to share my feedback after visiting this institution. I want to start with the fact that hookahs are just on top! Stunning interior and location.
But there are nuances. The first one is writing from a crouched position on a white friend. Pad Thai turned out to be with a very ancient chicken. I also wondered why it smells like dorblo cheese. It's just that I haven't often come across this outlandish dish before.
Now a little bit about the service. We were sitting in the restaurant on Wednesday evening. The place wasn't even half full. We expected every cocktail we ordered as the second coming! 25 minutes for cocktails!!
Not to mention the hot dishes - we waited for them only after 1.15 or 1.20 minutes. Maybe my chicken with pasta just died twice while the dish was being served.
I had a good friend, Zheka. He arrived in cool beige designer pants - but apparently did not pass the dress code, because the waitress decided to change the color of the pants to blueberry (spilled a smoothie cocktail)
What can I say: they scrubbed Zhenya with the whole restaurant.
Well, now I know 1000 and 1 ways to get rid of stains!
Later, I asked the Administrator - we also waited for her for 20 minutes))
In general, it is a simulator of a creative designer and endless waiting.
The holiday was ruined.

A terrible place, I celebrated my birthday on December 27th. The waiters took out dishes and drinks for a long time, almost did not come up to us and sometimes took out not what they asked for. People came with flowers, we asked for a vase, the vase was waited for 2-3 hours so exactly, in the end it was a pity for the flowers, we did not get home. The hookahs were delicious, the only thing that was good. They had run out of alcohol, so many cocktails were unavailable. A couple of tables were occupied in the hall, including ours, and it was possible to move horses from waiting for food and drinks. The waiters did not respond to requests.
Separately, I would like to thank the hookah master for making delicious hookahs and replacing one hookah for free, there are no questions about hookahs at all, but also waiting at least 30 minutes.
In general, if you want to visit this place, then make an order at least 2 hours before the visit, terrible service, although it seemed like a decent place. It's a shame and a pity for the money spent on the holiday, I definitely do not recommend it.

A very atmospheric institution with its own history for lovers of soulful hookah gatherings.
They work in test mode, but the staff is friendly and you can see how they try to make the visitor happy with everything. A huge selection of tobacco and interesting hookahs, heat control is "On the verge" for the first time I see in establishments and it's nice. The menu is small, but all the items were very tasty, which is usually not typical for hookah bars, the bar is on the same level (bloody Mary was at 999 out of 10, special thanks to the bartender). Zielinski&Rozen have a separate nice plus sign in the bathroom.
I will be happy to look there again, I hope they will keep the bar at the same level!
