We stayed at this hotel in December 2024, with my husband and children.
One of the advantages: a very well-maintained, beautiful green area, as if in a jungle. There is a pool, clean. The children bathed in it, but for me it was cool water. The staff is polite, cleaning is done on demand
Of the cons: the hotel itself is tired, our room was visually beautiful, but in fact dirty, the paintings are mildewed, the faucet in the bathroom is shaking, the bathroom is sagging and with holes, the water should go into the holes in the floor, but alas, it stands in a huge puddle and does not go anywhere.
There were huge cockroaches in the room, every day. Cleaning is done on demand, but very superficially.
The breakfasts were meager: there were only spicy pasta, the same spicy rice, bread, tortillas, cereals. Watermelon or bananas are made from fruits. There are no vegetables at all.
Of course, we only came here to sleep, so it's quite normal.

According to the photos from the website, it seems that a pleasant hotel. It can be seen that the design is modern, but there is no grooming, cleanliness. There were bed bugs in my room at all🤪
To move to another, more modern building, friends paid 150 bucks extra for 10 days. In general, I do not recommend it. The price tag is good, but it's a long way from good service

It does not match the photo, I had to pay extra for the room, because they showed me the dirtiest room with spoiled dirty furniture and a bathroom. This is practiced in this hotel .
