I used to come here to eat a lot. There were no complaints. The waiter is a young man — above all praise. But here is a middle—aged girl - "thank you" for the ruined lunch.
I'm allergic to onions, and I always order a salad without onions. The waiter brought the salad with onions and began to convince me that I hadn't mentioned onions.
Well. I'm not coming here anymore. At lunch, there are two tables, at one of which I am the success of the institution, of course. :)))
Then the hostess came up and said the following phrase: "Next time, think about what to say."
This is already a transition to personalities and insults, and I will definitely contact the police on this fact.
UPD: The senior manager called back today and continued to be rude on the phone. Convincing me that the phrase uttered not by the hostess, as it turned out, but by the administrator, is completely normal. Well, if rudeness, crossing personal boundaries and insults are the norm for the management of the institution, I hope it will close soon.

We were sitting at a table near the stairs. The steps are located at the level of the head and the table, which is not hygienic enough. Every time a waiter goes up or down the stairs, dust from the steps flies onto your table. I do not recommend sitting at this table.

I do not recommend it, the quality does not match the price at all. I took pizza - raw dough, pasta with salmon and squid in tomato sauce - overcooked barilla pasta in incomprehensible oil with 4 cubes of salmon (I almost choked on a bone) and 3 thin rings of squid. There are much better establishments in Batumi for the same money!
The bill included the 2nd coffee, which was not there.
