Today we visited the Tandoor restaurant at 131 Karbyshev street. We usually choose this place because the food is always delicious and everything suits us. However, the quality of service leaves much to be desired. Perhaps we got an inexperienced employee, but today the attitude towards customers was simply unacceptable.
The hall was partially filled, and some tables remained vacant. However, we had to go to the counter twice to ask for the menu — they simply forgot about us. There were also no forks on the table: they were brought only after repeated request.
Manta rays had to wait 15 minutes, although other tables were served faster. When we called the waiter, it turned out that our order was going to be taken to another table, but in the end they handed it over to us. The plate was literally thrown on the table in front of my mom, which looked extremely disrespectful.
When we asked to pack the order with us (as we simply lost our appetite due to such treatment of customers), the waitress began to be rude. In my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable behavior for an employee who must ensure comfort and respect for visitors.
I understand that the work of waiters can be difficult, but if the direction of service is chosen, it is necessary to meet the standards.I cannot tolerate such an attitude towards myself and my family. I really hope that the management of the institution will take measures to improve the quality of service.
