An ugly attitude towards customers!!!! People waited for the bus from Sevastopol to Moscow on November 7, 2024 at the Gardens stop, departing at 7 a.m. There was no bus! No one bothered to voice the reason. They tried to call the dispatcher, but in vain. We waited from 7 to 8, froze at a stop that was not adapted to a long wait in the cold season, and turned out to be useless to anyone. Blatant irresponsibility and disregard!!!

There was a trip to Yalta and a week later back to Donetsk by bus 109. There has never been such a terrible road. The bus is terribly uncomfortable, the distance between the seats is very small, everything was swollen, it was impossible to charge the phone, all the sockets were gouged out, people's chargers just flew out of the sockets, since it also hangs almost upside down. The advertising of this company is gorgeous, the photos on the site are one, but in fact completely different.

Awful. Bus 159.14.07.2024 Donetsk-Yalta. We delayed the departure for 30 minutes, there is no declared wifi, the TV did not work, with a height of 160cm, my knees rested on the front seat, we rode like oxen, the air conditioner at the end of the cabin did not work from the word at all. In short, I do not recommend it!

Gorlovka-Yalta 159 bus back 109.It's terribly inconvenient, the distance between the seats is small, there is no WiFi in 159, charging is inconvenient everywhere.Places are not called when ordering, I ordered a month and a half in advance, I was put on a wheel, I was scared all the way.The pictures on the site are beautiful, but in real life it's shit!

We were driving from Yalta to Donetsk on 08.10.23, it was just some kind of horror!
Not only was the bus an hour and a half late, it also broke down all the way, the bus has an inconvenient small gap between the seats), there is no Wi-Fi, the TVs do not work, the drivers do not give any information.
In short, you will see a brown bus with a red volcano, grab your things and run!

It's generally fine. It is necessary to double-check the entry, whether you are in the lists. We arranged a trip to Sevastopol from Donetsk, agreed by phone that our parents would be boarded in Zhdanovka, the day before the trip we discussed this issue, but the bus did not stop at the agreed place and drove on. The driver's itinerary did not indicate the boarding of people in Zhdanovka. As a result, the parents caught up with the bus in a taxi, fortunately the driver agreed to wait, and so + 2000 rubles for a taxi. They did not apply for compensation, although this money is not superfluous in any way. In general, a good transport company, good drivers.

We used Tandem Tour buses 4 times, passed things through them many times, etc.
In general, the buses are very comfortable, but sometimes they can stand at the border for a long time because they are large. Once we were traveling in a full bus (photo below), it took 6 hours to get to the border, I noticed that they always go through the Novoazovsk checkpoint. The steward is sociable and kind. Both drivers drove the bus smoothly and did not violate traffic rules. I advise everyone to take their buses.

The most terrible company. Yesterday the bus went to Moscow. At 14:00. He is still on his way (the next day is 13:12).There is no promised Internet, nothing. The bus is barely moving. No DVD, no TV. The service is just disgusting. It is better to find other transportation companies. And not a foot in this one anymore
