Everything is always clear!drivers are responsive, empathetic and, most importantly, very careful on the roads! We went to Yalta on May 5 and Donetsk and Yenakievo on May 12 were very satisfied! An ugly attitude towards customers!!!! People waited for the bus from Sevastopol to Moscow on November 7, 2024 at the Gardens stop, departing at 7 a.m. There was no bus! No one bothered to voice the reason. They tried to call the dispatcher, but in vain. We waited from 7 to 8, froze at a stop that was not adapted to a long wait in the cold season, and turned out to be useless to anyone. Blatant irresponsibility and disregard!!!
