The room is clean and spacious, even for a standard room. The finishing made of eco-friendly materials was very pleasing. The breakfast is good and delicious. A choice of cereals, fruits, vegetables. There are fried eggs and sausages, boiled eggs and sausages-sliced. I recommend.

It's a very strange hotel. Once we stayed there as a family. Friendly staff, everything is great, BUT when we asked if there were rooms available, we were told that there was only a Suite, and everything else was occupied, although only we were in the parking lot in front of the hotel. No lights were on in any of the windows, and the lobby was completely empty. That's okay, we decided that this is how the hotel earns money when there are no visitors. The strangeness is that when our children were mischievous, we got a call to the room and were told that the guests from the neighboring rooms were complaining. We walked away from this hotel for a long time. The price and quality, in principle, correspond. Everything is clean and cozy.

A cool place! I had to spend one night before leaving my beloved Kazakhstan and going to my native Russia. They were accepted as relatives within these walls of a beautiful hotel. The room was clean, cozy, spacious. The view from the window was on a private courtyard, where lambs settled, a local favorite. In the morning there was a buffet breakfast (included in the room rate), you could also use the gym, for free, but I wanted to relax from the road, I did not have to use this service. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was very friendly, the girl at the reception was always smiling and ready to answer any question. In general, if you are ever lucky enough to visit this city again, we will definitely visit your hotel. Good luck to all and have a pleasant trip!

I stayed at the hotel at the end of October. The impression of the hotel is still positive. Let me explain. The hotel is built of wooden beams (it is easier to write from wood). The room was spacious, the shower was simply magnificent, the bed was on a high level. What I didn't like was that elephants probably stopped before me), poplars-they walked so that the ceiling shook. And closer to 05:00 they woke up with gasps - the sound permeability is high. With regard to breakfast, it pulls on a solid quarter. If I'm in Kostanay, I'll check in, but on the top floor))

Breakfast is very simple. Coffee from the coffee machine was poured one day just like that, and the next it turned out that you had to pay extra for it. There is no sound insulation, but apparently this problem is being solved. It is located on the outskirts, but considering the size of the city and the cost of a taxi, this is not a direct problem

The hotel is located on the outskirts. There is no store or catering nearby. A log cabin hotel. There is no sound insulation. You can hear them working at a laptop in the next room (clicking with the mouse, typing on the keyboard). The breakfast is average - the choice is small.
