Been here a dozen times. Latte is consistently good, staff is always nice to us. A nice place overall. There is a non-smoking co-working area downstairs (but it might be fully occupied since room is rather small). The restroom is always in a good condition too :)

Great place. The most important thing here is a filter coffee. And good lunches. Highly recommend
