Horrible customs post
Long line of trucks
Really rude and mean customs guys
Dont try to cross with your vehicle
Try to avoid this place if you can afford to.

Kazakhstan- Uzbekistan, terrible pass pic, the worst I've ever seen anywhere. People walk for 18 hours, but we were lucky, they passed in 6 hours. The customs officer tried to get us to use the money, but he failed. All the things from the car had to be carried through the room for X-rays, and there were a lot of them (3 backpacks, 2 large bags, an auto cooler...). My wife almost died. They tore off 2,400 rubles for tinting, even though the glass was without film. On the way back, we got 3 fines for speeding. I was happy to pay, but the one who accepts the payment said that it would not be possible to do this with a discount, because the program does not work and will have to pay the full amount. I wanted to go back to Tashkent and pay at the bank, but they wouldn't let me out, and I didn't have enough soms in cash. They forced me to pay extra in Russian rubles at a very unfavorable exchange rate (they lowered the ruble exchange rate by 30%). In the end, the sum of the three fines reached 11,500 rubles. They didn't give me the check.
No more nudity in Uzbekistan.
Sincerely, Honest critic Albert Fatihovich.
In the evening (04/13/2025 at 6 a.m.) I was returning from Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan. I stayed in Kazakhstan for 2 days. For work. Kazakh customs officers are very rude. They speak Kazakh (which I don't understand). the passport is checked 10 times while passing through the customs post. At one of the passport check points, an employee in the Kazakhstan border guard uniform took my passport and asked about the purpose of my visit to Kazakhstan. To which I replied that I had a meeting with a business partner. He asked me to come with him. I followed him . He took me into a small room and asked me to take all the money out of my pockets (shmon). How I spent all the money I had (it's almost 1 million UZS and 700 US dollars. I was standing with my back to the door of a very small room. They opened the door, grabbed my jacket and closed the door, pinching my jacket, which made me immobile. While I was freeing myself (opened the door) The employee in the room took the US dollars and took advantage of the moment to take $ 200. and he quickly began demanding that I leave the premises and continue to follow the passage of the customs post. I left the room and visually showed that I was counting dollars and there were not enough of them. This employee rudely started demanding that I go towards the Uzbek customs. It 's a shame, of course, to just lose $200. but I don't know what would happen if I started arguing or demanding the presence of witnesses. (They could easily throw something illegal , etc. , etc.) That's why I'm writing here . maybe this employee will read about his achievements here. And it will be useful for you to know about the actions of the Kazakh customs officers. In general, the principle is this: they take you alone into the security room, asking you to put out all the money, (they take your money in their hands as if they want to count it) at this moment they distract your attention with something, quickly take several bills from your bundle of money. And they quickly demand that you leave the room and continue heading for the exit. All the best to everyone. I wanted to write to a government website about corruption and illegal actions of government officials. But the site requires registration and a Kazakh INN (which I don't have).
A madhouse on wheels, when you go to Uzbekistan, several cars are driven into a small courtyard and all of several lanes into one scale in a disorderly manner, who managed to drive in, on the scales if you drive as the Kazakh screams, you will show the advantage on the axle, you drive no more than 4 km/ h,the birds above are screaming so that you can't hear what the weigher is shouting into the megaphone, after the scales immediately turn sharply to the left, for a long time to describe this parallel universe
The border is lined with trucks. Of the 5 "windows", only one is for passenger cars. When you arrive at the checkpoint, you will be asked to park in the parking lot and sign up in a queue in your notebooks. About 40 cars passed in 12 hours. They ask you to pay 10,000 soums for a carrot. The lawlessness is terrible. From 13:00 in the afternoon, it stood until 00:30.
The inspection is sooooo slow and thorough. They make them take everything out of the car. The border with Kazakhstan passed in less than 50 minutes
They keep people at the customs post for days, they work lazily, they mock people, there is an opportunity to let people through, but there is no reason to mock them. Having a little power does not mean that you can mock people, so I would know where to write about you, I would write about you wherever possible and in any language so that everyone knows it's a pity that when you go somewhere by car, you send someone else through you There is no way
There is a very large queue of trucks. On the part of Kazakhstan, there are "pushers" who help pass faster for money. Passengers are checked separately from the drivers and DO NOT CARRY ALL THE LUGGAGE THAT IS IN THE CAR! THIS IS THE ONLY CUSTOMS POST WHERE PEOPLE ARE BULLIED LIKE THIS! None of the employees tells or directs where to go and what to do. In addition to all the charms, they can also turn off the electricity indefinitely. There are no toilets. There is no place to rest. There is a lot of garbage at the gate of the post. Parking outside the gate is paid. You can make car insurance and buy water. SIM cards are sold only on the Uzbek side.
We walked quickly, and left the car in the parking lot before the checkpoint. Great feeling! The border guards are very important as usual, but they do their job clearly and quickly.
Everything is clearly organized there !
There is one disadvantage, only the terminal is not there, the money is withdrawn and everything else is super, they don't let you in without queuing as it should be, thanks to the guys who keep order.
I've never seen a better place. I will cross out an employee of the customs of Uzbekistan, a very understanding woman, I have not been in Uzbekistan for 6 years, but there was a stamp on my passport not how many pieces that I was in Uzbekistan, but in fact I had a car parked on neutral territory about 5 times walked from Kazakhstan, it turns out that in the last 6 months it is possible to cross the border of Uzbekistan only with a kg of cargo, one employee said you crossed the border more than once, we will have a reason that you will pay 3 dollars for a kg of cargo, you did not throw the wheels of the car, they were new, it was a pity, but there was also a very smart girl besides her, she told me if you prove that you have not been home for 6 years, I will I'll skip it and in the end I showed the last stamp in my passport when I left Uzbekistan and she missed everything, thank you very much, anyway our people are very good people in the world have proved more than once
It took 15 hours to cross from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan through this post, April 2025. We waited a very long time for our turn, the bandwidth is slow. This assessment is most likely to the border post of Uzbekistan, not Kazakhstan. If there wasn't such a situation in the posts, I would visit my relatives every year.
Asalom alaikum to all, so from this mess, the post was posted on 04/03/2025, it was 16 hours before the border bud, the son of a turtle, and a screwdriver in his hands, let's open the doors right away!! Isn't it difficult to get an X-ray??? If you keep it that way for everyone, there is a DUA that thinks for itself. I personally won't drive like this anymore.
We left Kazakhstan for Uzbekistan, the Kazakh side asked for money, give May a tip, the Uzbek side checks everything according to the regulations, does not ask for money, everyone prompts and treats everyone very respectfully.
When you return, it is inconvenient to carry things to the scanner from the car, it is located indoors, Kazakhstan accepts pedestrians quickly, drivers with cars are long and tedious, everyone asks for tea. It is definitely necessary to do something about such extortion of bribes, they spoil the whole impression of the country. There is no canopy from the sun on the Kazakh side, only 2 benches where mothers with children are waiting for a driver with a car clock. This is a disgrace and a terrible disrespect for the future generation. Honor and praise to the Uzbek officers. Kazakhstan would be minus 5, I would put minus 5.
THE HORROR!!! We stood for 12 hours for no reason. Don't know what they're doing there. The inspection procedure itself takes 10 minutes, but it is not clear why they are being held outside the gate. We thought we'd put down roots there. There are a lot of scammers who want to cheat or slip useless services. Be very careful with money changers: they may not give money and it's all in front of the police. Do not believe people who offer to pass without waiting in line. They take the money and just run away. It is better to close the hatches and not get out of the car so as not to be deceived. For 12 hours, we observed different ways of deceiving people
It's a complete mess, the only thing inside the checkpoint is everything is in order, and outside the mess some parking lot owners have taken over the territory like an obligation to enter the parking lot. Whether you enter the parking lot or not, you still need to pay for parking. If you haven't paid, I don't know what will happen, but there will definitely be a fight. Therefore, I put three stars because of the order in the checkpoint itself. And so there is no asterisk
In November 2024, we crossed the border from Uzbekistan to Kaz in just an hour, whereas in Chernyaevka it took us 12 hours. I recommend crossing the border here.
We passed this post a week ago from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan, the Uzbek side let the car pass quickly, they also checked quickly without complaints, but after entering the Kazakh border, extortion begins and give something from the heart for tea and the like, the registrars are turned off in the car, allegedly you are not supposed to start talking to them and they threaten it's just a nightmare, dear government Kazakhstan, take note of this already, what is happening at your border posts is just lawlessness, I also want to note about the Kazakh traffic police, too, only foreign cars are stopped and they begin to pretend that they allegedly exceeded the speed or just give 1000 rubles and drive on, they said we don't have money, so they even took the last chewing gum, it's just a scribe, I hope that the Kazakh side will learn respect the guests and stop behaving in general, travel in Kazakhstan is overshadowed by these nuances.
I passed this post for the first time on August 15, I will say this: first I crossed the Uzbek border, one smart greyhound was sitting there talking rudely , everything went well, after the Kazakhs, these mammoths begin to load you immediately from the bottom of your heart, let them extort money after generally stated that we will put the car in orientation for two days to check or bring it in from the bottom of your heart, immediately turn on the camera before you pass the control, record the dialogue) it is better to stand for 5 hours in the same Chernyaev, stupidly a waste of time, I really regretted that I crossed the border there
Kazakhs need to be given a couple of thousand tenge in each window, well, how to give it, they are powdering as usual, and if you don't give it, they swear, they can throw their passport through the window
Hello everyone We drove through this post, very polite staff explained everything clearly and clearly what to go where. They passed quickly, thanks to all the staff of the post
Huge parking lot. There is a civilized service, an electronic queue, and a scoreboard at any point of the facility. The shower is free, there is a good cafe nearby.Currency exchange, insurance, SIM cards are all nearby!
On the move, even before the gate, different people begin to approach and say that they will help you get through for money: 1) give something for a slider for dry land, 2) put something in your passport for customs clearance, 3) passport control - give money to a monkey 4) car inspection was held for 2 hours and during this time it became overdue insurance , fire extinguisher tried to prove that the expiration date was out even though it was new,
5) at the exit where you need to take the slider , we got to the bottom of what you're moving under , and pour us at least 5 liters of benz. The Uzbek side is fine and well, without extortion and delays, except for the Epi code, they have been waiting a long time to receive it, and it is paid for registration there for cars of 20 thousand soums.
I passed the Yallam post to Uzbekistan on 08/23/24. The Kazakh brothers do everything quickly by agreement for 20 minutes.Uzbek brothers are not negotiable for 3 hours. BACK in 6 days, the same thing. thanks everyone. This is not another post where people stand for 15 hours.
After the reconstruction, it became better, of the minuses, the slow work of the customs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as always, beggars, cannot work or do not want to, always "shift change" only ask for money and this is from year to year, the worst thing is that nothing changes and no one is interested in improving the quality of work
It took place twice in 2.5-4 hours, always in different ways. If you are passing by a passenger car, politely ask the truckers to let you through, and they can let you through.
There's a complete ambush on the car. Artificially created queues from Tashkent are being checked for a very unjustifiably long time.

Why do the Uzbek side like to complicate things so much? Here we drove through the border of the KZ, there were no problems, we looked at the scanner and you do the documents without going anywhere, that is, they put the seals right away. Then you pass Uzbekistan, hemorrhoids begin, they force you to pull everything out of the car and put it on the scanner. WTF? can't they put a scanner like in the KZ? Okay, it's over. Then you go inside, and you need to stand in line to put a seal, and by the way there is a window, you ask for documents, you don't know what, and they say you have to pay money when you ask for what, they say you need to travel through Uzbekistan by transit. Why do I need transit if I am a citizen of another country and there are official numbers. They told me to pay at the checkout. Okay, let's move on. I'm standing at customs control, I ask what they said you need to go in transit and they asked you to pay for it. The customs officer himself says: YOU DO NOT NEED TO TRAVEL IN TRANSIT. YOU ARE A CITIZEN OF ANOTHER COUNTRY, AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY ANYTHING. The question is, why is that window open then, and how long are you waiting? In general, why is it so difficult for you? When can everything be simplified? You walk the border of the KZ back and forth for a maximum of 20 minutes and towards Uzbekistan for at least 2 hours. Well, this is terrible!!!!
Everything is paid to enter, exit, pass,
I refused to give money, as a result, they began to pull the strap from the heat and my daughter became ill and the blame was all on the vaunted hospitality of the Kazakh border.
Shame on you guys you have to have a conscience
Shame how can you be like that????
The post is like a post, mostly stopped by due to the lack of a queue of passenger cars. More order. They passed quickly. After leaving for Kazakhstan, Gazprom Neft gas station immediately, the road is narrow, populated areas.
08/23/2023 Tin there was no light at the border, we arrived at 18:00 and waited until 21:00 for the light to be given. Then for another 1 hour cars were not allowed to pass, then the border by car is trash, our Kazakh border, as always, distinguished itself, scratched the brain. we bought 2 sets of pots so we didn't want to miss it, then we barely missed it after drying all the brains. At 12 a.m. we just passed the border. Uzbekistan border service is much friendlier and sweeter, but in our country, as in a collective farm, they are always rude and not happy and they still want to get attached, well, I think it's clear that.
Long-standing at the entrance to customs, take a ticket at once and at the kz and uz borders.
Very terrible customs, cars are not allowed (only trucks) , they stood there for a very long time, they treat people badly, they torment everyone, they don't even work, you can say everything for a very long time
The scariest customs is all hungry I 'll come in a little give 500 tangay give 1000 tangay 💃 🕺 they sign if they see another number and stand until you give money to you they won 't let you in
As Salome alaikum guys Customs and border guards Kazakhstan only money only money one for money Kazakhstan odas

The border guards are great. They work clearly, without fuss, and they know their business!!!If something is unclear, they will always prompt and help!!!
Almost all employees on the Kazakh side are asking for money. They knock with the edge of their palm on the open passport with the words "take something." Disgusting.
Customs between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan is an eternity. If you can pass the Kazakh one pretty quickly, then when passing the Uzbek one, it takes forever. Inspection of absolutely everything that can be inspected. First, each box and purse must be taken to the scanner, and then also open and show everything that is in them. As a result, it takes an hour or more for each car. Therefore, if you are only the 5th in line, it only means that you may be the first in 5 hours))))
