A cozy family-run hotel in the center of Tbilisi in an old mansion. Tamara is a wonderful hospitable hostess. The room is clean, spacious, with high ceilings, clean bed linen and towels, comfortable bed, air conditioning, stable WiFi, slippers and shower gel/shampoo. A great option in 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions of the city👍

I was here in September 2022. The price of a single room is 120 GEL. The room itself, the linen, the bathroom - everything is very good and of high quality. The room is small in size, but with very high ceilings, about 4 meters (at least, so on the 2nd floor). Friendly Russian-speaking staff. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a courtyard and even a grand piano in the living room. A good option for the average tourist. On the downside, it can be noisy at night with the windows open - there is a busy road nearby, and couriers came to the restaurant nearby late on mopeds for food.
