I don't know why everyone writes such laudatory reviews. We took this hotel on a tour. Yes, it's clear. The territory is well maintained. This is the impression of the first day. We rented a large room on purpose. We have never had the garbage taken out during our entire vacation. The linen has not been changed. They asked for an additional fee for the room.payment. The safe too. In addition, unfortunately, a child's dress was whistled. And no one saw anything, although there are cameras on the territory.

The hotel is very clean and cozy. The hosts Tamara and Nipun are incomparable. Within walking distance of the city and tortoiseshell beaches, shops and an alcohol market. There is a fish and fruit market within a 10-minute walk. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay (a large bed or two beds, a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle, a hairdryer, hot water). The only thing that trains pass nearby, but this is not only the scourge of the Tamara hotel. A railway runs along the entire coast of Hikkaduwa, the train can be heard in many hotels. To minimize noise, earplugs are freely available at the entrance. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious. We lived in the Curry bowl Hotel for comparison...It's not bad either, but Tamara is better. I recommend
