A great hotel, we stayed there in the summer with our family. I liked everything very much, the apartments are large and comfortable. There is also a great pool that is located at a height (I don't remember exactly like the 4th-7th floor) and it offers a beautiful view. There is also an excellent gym with a lot of exercise equipment. The excellent restaurant located on the 1st floor pleased with its delicious and varied food.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, both in rooms and apartments. One of the advantages is the location, a gym, a cafe with a veranda below. Of the cons, the hotel is dirty and old. there are ants in the hotel rooms (3rd floor), the last time I was eaten by bedbugs in the apartments. At first I did not understand what kind of red spots appear on the skin, I thought it was an allergy. Then I saw a bug on the pillow, called cleaning, and I was moved to another room during the cleaning. After cleaning, the bedbugs returned.

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. everything is generally fine. for that price, Dubai is quite good. There is a marina nearby, you can go for a walk. carrefour is within walking distance. friendly staff, some even speak Russian.

There was an apartment on the 14th floor, with a large room for 2 families. A large living room, many showers, a kitchen with everything you need. Stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the attributes (plates, pots, etc.), excellent beds with soft mattresses and blankets. There is a swimming pool, outside (cool) and inside. The Jacuzzi. There is a gym, a sauna and a Turkish steam room. I was delighted with the breakfast. They brought us food that had no place on the table, waffles, omelets, fried eggs, chatterboxes, natural yoghurts, pancakes... Lots and lots of goodies. The hotel obviously has 5 points.

The staff is very good, they try to do everything for you as you want, they settled before 14h, they make concessions in terms of finances (they gave $ 100 as collateral to pay extra later
Dirhams, when I exchange them, about 200 dirhams were not enough for two days). The room is perfectly clean, it was extremely important for me to have a super clean bathroom, the result is fully justified, even the room was cleaned, although I only stopped by for 2 days, thanks for the cleanliness

I recommend this hotel to everyone, it's a 15-minute walk to the metro, and there's also a tram in just 1 minute, and if you walk for 20 minutes, you can go to the super-populated and noisy Marina district.

Wonderful breakfasts, polite and attentive staff. I left a tip, but they didn't take it. High-quality cleaning, good swimming pool. The room has everything you need, including slippers. Tea and coffee sets are updated every day

We rented 3 rooms for four days. 2 one-room, and one three-room with four toilets. In general, the internal appearance is tired, but without any complaints. But the administration is a complete trash. We went on business with a company, one person had to pay accordingly. As a result, when they came to the hotel, in the middle of the last day, they found that the cards for entering the rooms were blocked. The administrator said that he would not unlock it until we paid the full cost. We explained that the person with the work card, who was booked by the way, would be later, and we need to get to the room. They swore, shouted, all to no avail, I had to wait for a colleague with a map. But that's not all. A colleague logically asked to deduct the deposit from the cost, the administrator resisted, but eventually sent the cleaner to take everything out of the mini bar. In general, because of these ghouls, we lost an hour and a half. I travel a lot around Russia and the world, I've met all sorts of jokes, but this is the first time)

Good location. To the center of the Marina quarter 10 minutes walking, to the Dubai Mall 20 m by taxi. Of the disadvantages, permanently dirty windows (sand flies). They wash, but the sand flies faster!
Ask for high floors- panorama!
There is a swimming pool, near Carrefour and Cafe Societe. The choice is large. The prices are rather big.

I had a rest in December 2017. A wonderful hotel, well maintained with a beautiful view from the window. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. Rooms are well cleaned. The bathroom has everything you need, the room had 3 bathrooms, WC at the exit. Amazing kitchen, there is everything, even two types of service (coffee tea), dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and a huge wide window sill with a view of the "Sail" Near the tram, well-groomed beach "Barasti" (from 10 am), supermarket. I recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to the staff for a great vacation

We lived in a three-room apartment. I liked everything very much. A little shabby hotel, but cozy. There is no beach nearby. The one that is very small, all lie on top of each other.
