The place is nice, cozy and comfortable. The territory is well maintained, everything you need is available. Sauna, shower, terrace overlooking a small pond, the guest house has 4 large rooms with a combined bathroom. The rooms have a large double bed and an ottoman. There is a hanger.
In the hall of the guest house there is a TV, a powerful audio system, a kitchen, a large sofa - it is good to gather a large company there) The banquet hall is cozy and bright, 35-40 people are quite accommodated. Thanks to the caretaker, an elderly man, but a good one knows the business: he will look after the order and melt the bathhouse)
There is a gazebo with a stove and a table where you can roast meat and sit in bad weather. There are also 2 portable barbecues, you can put a cauldron and make a barbecue. There are 2 ponds on the territory, and one with a miniature beach and a boardwalk with sun loungers and chairs.
Of the disadvantages, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, bad water, besides with weak pressure in the rooms. There is no children's area for milking the little ones, although the territory allows it. And sometimes you can hear the highway, which is not far away.

We rested here in June 2024, celebrated a bachelor party.
The place is excellent, well maintained and picturesque. The furniture is new, everything is working properly. The bathhouse is spacious, you can fit a whole company. There is a sazhelka, it comes in perfectly after a bath. There is a lot of free space in the yard, great for leaving a volleyball in a friendly circle. There is a barbecue and a separate gazebo for barbecue.
Next to the house there is a porch in the form of an advance stage, you can call the presenter, you can perform yourself, or you can put a table and admire the sunset. I'm attaching the photo that was taken at the bachelor party here.
A special theme is a music system with a microphone connected. Singing karaoke is a pleasure.
Special thanks to the hostess Irina and the staff of the estate, all very friendly, friendly, with a sense of humor. They do not interfere with rest, answer all questions, solve everything promptly.

We rested there in November. A light snowball was falling. We have pre-booked a house for 20 people. The advantages are everywhere (Dishes, towels, toilet paper, flower vases, microwave, TV, speaker system), Everything is there for relaxation. A minus star for the fact that it was very cold outside, When we arrived there, the rooms were terribly cold, the batteries had just been turned on. There was no hot water because it was necessary to turn on the boiler and wait for 2 hours. The disadvantage is that there is one outlet in the toilet and you need to choose either a heated towel rail or a boiler, and it is very terribly cold in the toilet with a shower cabin. And it's so beautiful and cozy!
