Looks nice and pretty distant from the outside. Condo's with thin walls and cheap interior finish on the inside. A cozy playground for kids on the inside territory with chess-tables and ping-pong but already has holes appearing on ground. Still a work in progress.

Очень комфортное место для жизни, закрытые дворы, детские площадки, территория для занятия спортом, рядом есть практически все, что нужно, магазины, кафе, рестораны, пока не достроены школы, но к концу года обещают сдать.

Сам поселок Новоселье очень комфортный и уютный. Нет школ и детских садов. Если без детей жить можно и радоваться, экология норм, застройка не более 12-13 этажей. Всё впечатление портит ПИК, главное понимать что покупаешь отделка на 3+, гарантийный отдел отправляет в УК, которые не устараняют ничего. Те кто приходят портят при исправлении. Готовьтесь сразу судиться и потом делать ремонт.
